"Location was great! Walking distance to all the restaurants, Greune Hall, live music, and shopping. Easy access to Guadalupe river for floating and relaxing with friends, as well as pool. Enjoyed having morning coffee on large patio on river side. "

"Great fishing spot! We cought & saw bass all week long. Water is deep in spots & flowing. Pools & hot tubs were very clean. Highly rated condo, we had a blast.."

"Pictures don't do it justice, it's an amazing place. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The host was easy to contact. No issues while there, and only a few questions which had us reaching out to the host. The kitchen has enough pots and pans to make it through any decent meal. Maybe a little light on utensils, but we made it work. The kids had an amazing time, it was like an adventure to sleep in the lighthouse b7nk room and chill in the top 2 floors. We would absolutely come back next time we...

"This house is actually split into 2 . A front house rental and a back house rental. When we arrived, we thought there were residents in the back rental, until someone started to walk up on the front porch and attempt use a code to access our portion of the rental. There was no indication on how the back house could be accessed. It was cleared up quickly, but the gentleman was not aware of the second access location. The neighbors down the street got into a drunken fight at 3am and we could hear...

"The property was well located near all local attraction. The property is well kept and pffers all that is needed for a family stay. The owner,James was also incredibly kind and communication was always prompt. Will definitely be back. "

"My hubs and I, along with our dog, really enjoyed this quiet place. It felt pretty secluded, and was decorated really cozy. And it was so clean! We cooked just a little and the kitchen had quite a few items to help out. We didn't do much outside of walks and visit the lake, as this home provided us space and place to relax and chill. There was a binder put together containing attractions and things to do should one want to journey out and about. I would enjoy staying here again!"

"Nice location in river and comfy beds!! Very easy to get to as well. "

"The Faust House was just what we needed this trip.The Primary Bathroom is enviable, and all the rooms were spacious. The soap and shampoo provided were next level. The backyard was totally fenced and huge with a bonus hot tub!Check in was a breeze. It is so nice to find pet friendly options like this. The host even left dog treats as well as people snacks for us!"
