Family weekend trip

Had family in area needed a large place to accommodate visit. This location provided just that. A bit on the older side with cosmetic issues but space size and amenities were great! Owner responsive to messages. Everyone enjoyed the pool & play shop. All beds were comfy and ac was outstanding!

Check in was great and host left details sheet that was easy to understand! Kitchen had needed items but not all clean. House space was great and pool was wonderful bonus which we appreciated floats and firewood as well. House had wear and tear and needs a little more attention to cleaning ( cupboards, doorframes and table were dirty). Stray dog that goes under house was noisy at night and came over fence into yard several times while we were in yard both day and night But overall we’d rate 8/10

It is crucial to pay attention to the negative reviews about this house. If the pool is a significant factor in your choice, you may want to opt for a different property, as the owner's claim about its cleanliness was inaccurate. The pool's condition was extremely poor, and I would not have allowed my dog to swim in it.

Very spacious! We had 9 kiddos along with 6 adults and we were never on top of each other. The kitchen was a dream. Pool was great way to keep everyone entertained and the pole barn was amazing when they were over swimming.

Hot. Dirty.

The host was at the property upon arrival and overall was very nice. The pool was dirty she stated she had just put chemicals/cleaner in it and it should clear up. When I say dirty I mean you could not see the bottom of the pool the water was very cloudy. It remained this way for the duration of our stay. The host did offer to come by on day 2 of our stay but given the other issues we were just over the entire property and declined that offer. The pool was the least of our worries. The house was not professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. The floors were very dirty and we even saw mouse droppings in the bund bed room. The floor was so dirty our feet were black. The overall quality of the home was not up to something I would put up for other people to stay in, lots of things that were photographed to look very nice were not that way when we arrived (may be very old photos)The largest issue we experienced was with the homes TWO A/C units. Upon arrival the home was at 78 degrees. The thermostat set to 71. While the days we were at this home were very hot I don’t feel the system was able to keep up. The property owner stated that the 2 living room windows without coverings are a large contributing factor however those are the only two in the entire home that don’t have coverings. The property owner was notified in numerous occasions over our stay. Had a AC person come change filters.Which didn’t help. The home has a crawl space under it that has a stray dog in

4th of July Weekend

We had a great stay at this house. The house was exactly as described-spacious, comfortable, and in great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets and towels. There was a minor issue with the cleanliness in a few areas upon arrival, and was brought up to the host's attention. Overall this is a lovely place to stay and we'd definitely consider coming back again. With just a little extra attention to cleaning details, it would be absolutely perfect!
