Loved the Hotel

The check in process was horrendous. It took us over one hour and when I tried to use the express kiosk it referred me back to getting in line again. When I asked the front desk clerk about it she said she didn’t know anything about the kiosks. Also it was very humid and muggy during our check in process and I felt like I was going to pass out. We had breakfast at the bakery and there were flies everywhere. You charged $20 for parking and Golden Nugget is free?

My stay at Caesars Palace was terrible. The room was dirty, the phone and remote were sticky, and smelled of marijuana. The wiring was exposed, making the room unsafe. The room also looked nothing like the photos online. When I asked to switch rooms, they tried to charge me extra. Absolutely unacceptable.
