"Elevator not working, had to walk up to 2nd fl, Air Conditioner not working, maintenance guy came tried to fix and tells me its getting cold, which was not true, front desk calls the room and told me he will give me a different rom, so we walk down get the new key and he gave us a room that was already occupied, so we had to go back down and get another jey for a different room, how does a front desk worker not know a room is occupied, this reservation was very frustrating."

"This small hotel is great. The only thing which may be improved is parking. There's a small garage conveniently located right in the property. However, if the garage is fool, then parking becomes a bog problems because of parking limitations, related with School busses and street cleanings. It would be nice it the Hotel arrange some parkings spot on the nearby streets"

"Hotel was very very clean. The staff at front desk was okay. New guy was training. Had to keep asking for help. Took a while. Room was very clean. Smelled very good. Bed was okay. Valet is not 24 hours. And the “ parking “ for 10 dollars is probably a 10-15 min walk away. So good luck finding parking on the street. Decent spot. Not sure it was worth 350 a night but it was clean and no major issues. "

We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days in a two-bedroom for a very reasonable price, including a good breakfast for a 3-star hotel (they served fruit, toast, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage and had a waffle machine). It was very clean. If ever the parking lot is full, which is probably often the case, don’t worry, we parked our car under the bridge close to the hotel for free and had no issue (no theft, vandalism or fine)....

Staff is horrible, had to ask house keeping to come clean the room but they never showed up. Big reason to not book here is the AC system does not work. "If you're visiting friends or family in the Bay Ridge area (or are marooned by a commuter railroad strike as I was) this is a fine place to stay. It is reasonably clean and the free breakfast provided, though basic, is pretty good. My room was comfortable. I considered it cozy, others might consider it small.
