The beachfront secluded property, a full privacy, hugh garden and pine trees!

Located in a pine forest only a few steps (20 m) away from the beach, we offer you complete privacy at our 400 m2 estate!
The newly (2023) renovated interior (68 m2) offers everything you need for a carefree vacation! The place is perfect for a comfortable stay of six people who can enjoy two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a dining area. For the full vacation experience, there is also a terrace with a brick oven, an outdoor dining table, and deck chairs. The beachfront property is secluded by a huge garden and pine trees, giving you privacy, shade, and a little breeze on a hot summer day.
The estate is directly connected to the beach by a small tunnel (60-120 cm high) below the road to ensure the safety of the little ones. Even our parking is outstanding, completely shaded by pine trees surrounding the home so your car won't overheat.
The short walk (1,2 km) along the beach leads to the center of the town where you can find restaurants, shops, etc.
The good transport connections and proximity of the ancient cities of Trogir (12 km), Split (36 km) and Šibenik (36 km) offer you the ability to reach any of them in a short time and to enjoy the ambiance of UNESCO’s Cities.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Tunnel ist zwar nur für kleine Kinder nutzbar, aber man ist auch über die Straße gleich am Strand Ivona ist sehr nett und wirklich immer erreichbar. Sie hat uns mit Eis und Wein willkommen geheißen und das Eis langte fast den ganzen Urlaub (trotz täglichem Genuss). Auch die leckeren Feigen haben wir bekommen. Wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten daher genügend Platz. Für mehr Personen ist es aber etwas klein (nur ein Schlafzimmer). Insgesamt ist das Haus (bzw. die Wohnung) nur zu empfehlen.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage, ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und Ivona ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie gibt Tipps für Ausflüge und falls etwas gefehlt hätte, hätte sie es sicher für uns besorgt. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen in angenehmer Umgebung, hatten das Meer direkt vor der Wohnung (fußläufig), konnten sehr entspannend im Garten unter den Pinienbäumen sitzen und hatten sehr gute Gespräche mit unserer besonders freundlichen Vermieterin Ivona. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Eis und der Wein zum Empfang waren sehr lecker - vielen Dank dafür. Auch sehr reife Feigen durften wir testen!!! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wie beschrieben, klein, aber fein und es ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte, sogar ein paar Spiele. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Eiscreme Haus. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ivona ist eine super liebe, aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin die uns tolle Tips geben konnte. Wer ein schönes, ruhiges und modernes Ambiente sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ivona ist eine besonders aufmerksame und liebe Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung gab es oberleckeres selbstgemachtes Eis, was für die tägliche Ration genau eine Woche gereicht hat 😋, sowie Wasser und Wein 😊 und viele gute Tipps und Hinweise. Wir haben diese eine Woche sehr genossen. Bei unserer Abfahrt gab es noch Pancakes als Reiseproviant. 😋 Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gern weiter 😊.

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Eiscreme Ferienhaus verbracht! Die Lage ist einmalig, die Wohnung ein Traum, Ivona die netteste Gastgeberin, die man sich vorstellen kann! Es war die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir bislang hatten!! Vom Strand zur Wohnung führt ein privater Tunnel, in Sekunden ist man mitten im sommerlichen Trubel am Strand (keine Seeigel ;-)!) & in Sekunden zurück im eigenen, schattigen Garten, kann die eigene Dusche/WC benutzen, hat seine Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, mit so viel Liebe zum Detail - man kann alles benutzen, die Ausstattung ist durchdacht & geht weit über das Nötigste hinaus. Die Abende am Grill haben wir mit unseren Jungs besonders genossen. Wir waren zu viert, für uns war es die perfekte Größe - klein, aber mit einem riesigen Freiheitsgefühl!! Wir haben uns sofort wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage in Marina ist ebenfalls toll: 20 Minuten vom Flughafen Split, eigener Schattenparkplatz, Startpunkt für Ausflüge nach Trogir, Primosten, Split. Im Umkreis einer Stunde erreicht man den Krka Nationalpark oder Omis - wir sind begeistert! 1000 Dank an unsere tolle Vermieterin Ivona, sie hat ein Herz aus Gold & war persönlich daran interessiert, uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Ihre Tipps waren toll & sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder! We spent a wonderful week in the icecream house! The location is unique, the apartment a dream, Ivona the nicest hostess you can imagine! It was the prettiest holiday apartment we had so far! A private tunnel leads from the beach to the apartment, in seconds you are in the middle of the summer excitement on the beach (no sea urchins!) & in seconds back in your own shady garden, where you can use your own shower/WC, have your privacy. The apartment is excellently equipped, with so much love for detail - you can use everything, equipment is well thought out & goes far beyond what is necessary. We enjoyed the evenings at the BBQ with our boys. We were 4, it was the perfect size - small, but with a huge feeling of freedom! We immediately felt comfortable & at home. The location in Marina is perfect: 20 minutes from Split airport, own parking, starting point for excursions to Trogir, Primosten, Split, Krka NP or Omis - we are thrilled! 1000 thanks to our great hostess Ivona, she has a heart of gold & was personally interested in giving us an unforgettable holiday. Her tips were great and she was always available. We'll be back!

Heel leuk appartement (wij zaten op de begane grond) in een leuke omgeving. Je hebt als bonus een grote gezellige tuin met dennenbomen, struiken en bloemen die genoeg schaduw en gezelligheid bieden. In de tuin is ook nog een houtoven die je mag gebruiken (bijv. voor BBQ, wij hebben er zelfs pizza's in gebakken), een grote picknicktafel en diverse (lig)stoelen én een tuindouche wat handig is bijv. na het zwemmen in de zee. In het huisje kunnen 4 appartmenten zitten, maar er wordt er (nu nog) maar 1 verhuurd waardoor je de hele tuin voor jezelf hebt (die anders gemeenschappelijk is) . De eigenaresse Ivona is ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Ze had een hele bak met lekker ijs in de vriezer gezet en een flesje wijn in de koelkast. En ze gaf ons allerlei tips voor leuke uitjes en evenementen in de omgeving. Marina is een klein rustig dorpje in een mooie baai. Je vindt er de nodige faciliteiten (supermarkt/restaurants). Voor het strand (kiezel) hoef je alleen maar door een tunneltje onder weg door te gaan (let op: is wel laag, dus bukken). Trogir (aanrader) en Split zijn vlakbij (20-30 minuten met de auto). Wij zijn ook naar KrKa geweest, dat was als enige echt heel toeristisch (maar wel mooi). Kortom: echt een aanrader dit huisje.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung und Privatsphäre! Direkt über die Straße und man ist am schönen Strand der besonders für Kinder angenehm ist. Die können auch den Tunnel benutzen, sehr sicher. Die Vermieterin war immer mit uns in Kontakt, auch wenn es besondere Anliegen gab. Das Eis aus eigener Produktion was für uns in der Truhe schon lag war sehr lecker! Der Schattige Platz für das Auto war super. Aber Vorsicht Pinienwald, benutzt eine Abdeckung. Für eine Familie ist das Apartment unserer Meinung nach zu klein.

Vi hadde en super uke i denne leiligheten som har alt man ønsker seg. Nydelig hage med spiseplasser i sol og skygge. Veldig kort avstand til strand med strandbar og aktiviteter. Du kan gå langs stranden til Restauranter og butikk. Selve leiligheten var fin og praktisk, vi manglet ingenting. Tusen takk for et flott opphold, og den fantastiske isen. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce logement au coeur d'un jardin méditerranéen fabuleux. La mer est à 20 mètres ce qui permet d'en profiter dès que l'on a envie. Ivona est une hôte tres attentive à ce que tout se passe bien et très disponible pour chacune de nos demandes. Le logement beneficie de tout ce qui est nécessaire, et même plus. Bref on ne devrait pas trop le dire car la Ice cream vacation home est une perle pour des vacances réussies au coeur d'un pays et d'une région pleins de merveilles. Le village de Marina est calme et paisible et idéal pour un break en couple ou en famille. Allez y les yeux fermés, c'est simplement parfait !

We stayed at the icecream vacation house for one fantastic week. It's a very pretty small appartement with a direct access to the sea from a lovely garden. We enjoyed having breakfast and barbecues under the olive tree. The house is pretty modern and arranged with lovely details. We felt there very comfortable. But the best was our host Ivona, she is so friendly and always wants you to have your best holidays. It started with a really big portion of our favourite icecream, tipps for visiting cities, trips or what's going on in town. You can ask her everything and you will get a quick and nice answer. This makes your holiday perfect there. Thank you Ivona for the great time at your vacation home.
