Outdoor area offers: spacious, private pool with 8 sun loungers, 2 large sun shades, relaxing coffee/tea area and kids playground with trampoline. It is possible to arrange a private chef and other services to ensure the best holiday you can imagine.

The entire villa is luxuriously furnished and is completely at your disposal. From a private pool with a stunning sea view, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, a children's playground with a trampoline, a professional gym with a sauna, to 4 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. The pool is filled with water from 20.05. , the water in the pool is heated to a maximum of 25 degrees Celsius until 01.07. . Special requests for heating the pool water to a maximum 30 degrees from 01.07. to 15.09. will be charged 50 euros per day, starting from the day of the request. payable in cash or by card.
