"Great hotel 8 miles outside of Cambridge. 12 minutes from the Park and Ride, if you are intending to visit Cambridge. Nice room with good sound proofing and aircon. Even the windows open. Overall we had a great 2 night stay."

"The rooms are not 100 % clean. The A/C did not work because the resent heat wave, a member of the staff mentioned as well offered a fan which never came in my room."

"Well presented clean room on the ground floor with excellent facilities. Food and drink excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries, we felt like one of the family. "Booked 2 rooms 8 months ago for a one night stay due to going to an event early on Sunday morning 19th July 2026. Arrived at reception to check in to be told that they only had one room and that the booking system had allowed over bookings which we were told is quite common ?? A very poor apology from reception so they told us to go over the road to the holiday inn and just give the surname in and they would have a room for the second party. Got to say the staff at the holiday inn were...

"Presently surprised at the quality of fixtures and fittings- towels, bedding, decoration, soaps and all the little extras. Huge room, very comfortable bed. Was supplied with a small fan due to the heat wave which was welcomed if you stood infront of it but didn't really reach everywhere. Quite room so we slept extremely well. Excellent breakfast and service . Staff very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to booking again for a long weekend. Didn't give 5 stars for all categories as entrance...

"Loved the west facing balcony overlooking the river on our room. Room decor was very contemporary and stylish. Bathroom lovely and spotlessly clean. Staff so friendly."

"Generally the hotel was clean Not enough soap in the bathroom for 2 consecutive nights. Clothing from previous guest left on floor and a piece of furniture had a dirty mark on it that looked like dried on sick."

"Very good staff; nice location; and this hotel has air conditioning. The ‘bad’ is that it’s trying to rebadge itself as ‘City Centre.’ It is not-there is a Premier in city centre and it’s not this one. The breakfast food deal is a nice option."
