"We enjoyed a week at the house, swimming, kayaking, and fishing! The house was great and the host was very responsive. The house is near stores, places to rent boats and jet skis, and other attractions. We LOVED it all!!"

"It was a great stay, however, the WiFi was pretty sketchy. And it's not really a lakeside view, there's a house between the cabin and the lake. But otherwise, we enjoyed it. "

"It was gorgeous and very calming endless outdoor adventure. My only setback was this was the first experience with solar power and it would have been helpful to have a welcome book with instructions on how to unplug the outside lights when not in use as well as a guideline on the power and how to prevent overuse and what to do when if it runs out. Outside of this I highly recommend this oasis to disconnect from technology a bit and really enjoy time with your family and embrace the gorgeous...

"We came down to fish the lakes in the area and booked a cabin here because of its proximity to the lakes. Check-in was easy and very accommodating, and the place was incredible.The fishing at the local lakes was a bust, but the hosts and stay at Greer farm made the trip. Highly recommended! "

"This place was awesome. Very provate hidden gem. Caught loys of bass and rode alot of hidden trails that seem to go on forever. The pavilion is amazing. The master bedroom and bathroom woth the jacuzzi tub is so relaxing after a day of play. Janey is awesome, very polite and friendly. Woll definitely be back. Thank you Janey"

"Lovely well presented house very clean inside and lots of supplies, for the 10 days we were there!! Very convenient for Daingerfield State Park and Jefferson (Caddo lake) plus 5 D Steahouse in Avinger. Property is close to lake but all access is over grown for kayak use, also NO central AC - so bedrooms are hot if you close doors at night! We would not want to stay for a summer :) which I didn’t read when booking it!! Luckily, we had lots of rain and cloudy days, so most of the time the ceiling...

"Everything was perfect! Out in the country with beautiful scenery! Curtis the host was extremely helpful! The house was furnished with everything that you would need for a 5 night stay. If you are are looking for a super clean, comfortable place in East Texas, this is it!"

"This property was perfect for my husband and me while in town visiting my daughter and other family. The owners were super friendly and available for any of our needs. We basically just needed a place to sleep and we were able to slip in and out without disturbing anyone. Didn't get a chance to have a cup of coffee by the pool, but that backyard oasis was stunning!!!"

"It was a very well decorated cabin. Even had a lighted Christmas tree inside when we walked in. Cleaning needs to be addressed if they want a higher rating. Very dusty everywhere. Bedroom floor had to be swept. Bedroom sheets were brown & hair on them. Had to ask for more wash cloths as we only had 4 for two adults for a 5 might stay. The road at night is dark so be sure to use your speedometer to know where to turn. Other than that accommodations were cozy & co"

"We stayed at the property over Easter weekend with family. There were four adults and two teens, and more than enough room for all of us. We were met upon arrival and given a tour of the property and shown how to use some of the things on site. There are a lot of original things to the period it was built, and the images on the listing show off some of the highlights of the property. We enjoyed exploring, playing hide and seek, and relaxing with the family. There were a couple of negatives, but...

"I had tons of questions and they were answered very quickly. We loved being able to target practice, and ride our sxs. Property is great! This was a great get away for us."
