Our luxurious and fully-renovated 3bd/3ba lakefront escape is ready to welcome to the beauty of Otisco Lake and the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY (scenic, quaint and romantic, especially with the fall foligae in full bloom...but also featuring lots of fun with entertainment, dining, sight-seeing, and outdoor adventures!).

This 2-story, 2050 sq ft property sleeps 10+, features light and airy decor our guests love, new furnishings, multiple smart TVs, a gas (propane) grill, new luxury memory foam mattresses, and stainless steel appliances.

Not to mention~100ft of private lakefront, gorgeous views, an open floor plan, a fire pit, 3 kayaks, a rowboat, fishing gear, yard games, and countless other amenities -- all included to ensure your stay is relaxing and effortless.

Bedding, blankets, towels, beach towels, and a fully-stocked kitchen are all included.

We're a 5 min drive from Marcellus, 10 min from Skaneateles, 30 min from Syracuse and the Lakeview Amphitheater, and 1 hour from Ithaca. The best of the Finger Lakes’ restaurants, shopping, spas, wineries, distilleries, breweries, hiking trails, waterfalls, entertainment, farmer’s markets, fishing, water sports, and more are just minutes away!

* Please note that, as with every lakefront home, water temps / levels and lake conditions are dependent on recent weather, rainfall, etc. Depending on the season and time of year, it's on average >3ft deep at the end of the dock, but you can always use the kayaks and paddle boards we provide to access deeper waters, and/or rent a boat to enjoy water sports and all the fun Otisco's usually-warm waters offer.

Victoria our host was amazing and super attentive. I had several questions about the house and the area prior to our trip and she was so helpful and her replies were always prompt. The house was beautiful and very clean when we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy the festivities for my daughter’s bachelorette party!

The house was great, the photos gave the illusion there were four bedrooms but it was listed as 3 so that was a little confusing. The bedrooms were all great , 3 full bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready for our family wedding in the area. The deck and many chairs in the yard were perfect for us all to hang out and have our hotel staying relatives to come sit with us and watch the kids play on the kayaks and paddle boards. It was a beautiful location and super hosts who were so helpful!

Relaxing time at a fantastic lake house.

We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the spacious property. Despite the rains each day, we were able to enjoy the outdoors including the firepit and covered deck in the morning and evenings. Great local recommendations by Victoria. The property being quite close to the charming town of Skaneateles was a treat as we visited it a few times.

Otisco Lake House

We had a great stay at the lake house. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. We took advantage of the water craft that was available to us and explored the north end of the lake in the kayaks, rowboat and paddle board. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking/dining at the house. It was a great location for exploring the area around the Finger Lakes and we enjoyed driving through the countryside and were able to visit some amazingly beautiful waterfalls in the area. Highly recommend.

Fun time!

We enjoyed our stay on the lake. We really appreciated having the kayaks. With the ones we brought, it allowed our whole family to go out on the lake at once. The house is right off a main road, which I didn't realize. It made getting all our stuff into the house super easy. No long staircase to manage!

Relaxing stay

Had a great time at the lake house! Kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook a meal for a big group! Everyone had a great time out on the water and relaxing on the back deck. Owner was very responsive with answers to quick questions!

Magical setting

Our stay was perfect! It was so lovely to wake up every morning to the lake. It was quiet and peaceful. There is a fabulous town called Skaneateles that is 10 minutes away - it had great restaurants and shops, wine store- it was a really beautiful town on the lake. Overall wonderful stay!

Otisco Lakeside Home

The house was obviously built with quality in mind. It was perfect for our extended family. The 3 full bathrooms had been recently renovated, the beds were comfy, the porch cozy - even on a rainy day, kitchen very well equipped and the lakeside fire pit offered memorable evenings under the stars.

Football weekend getaway

My family stayed at this beautiful lake house during the weekend of the ND vs. SU football game. The house had plenty of room for the 12 of us. The gorgeous views of the mist on the lake greeted us each morning. We enjoyed the lake view while sitting outside on the deck while our kids played outside in the spacious yard. A fabulous time had by all!

Just what we needed.

We stayed at this property during SU alumni weekend with some other SU parents since all the hotels were booked up. This place ended up being the perfect place for us to relax and hang out together after a long day. It was clean and quiet and had all the amenities needed. The check in/ check out process was easy. The property owner was informative and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent here again.

The deck area was wonderful. Disappointed with lake. Bedrooms need nicer furniture however beds were very comfortable. Could use more seating in living room. House was very clean and the windows were amazing. Beautiful dining room and well equipped kitchen.

watersports...not so much

We had a good time at this property. It was a good layout for our three couples, providing plenty of privacy for all. The deck area is where we lived for the week. The covered deck space was fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining room table was perfect for our family meals. We have stayed on Skaneateles and prefer that lake because the water is much more accessible for kayaking and fishing. The weeds on this section of the lake make it difficult (not impossible) for most water sport activities. The absence of water at the property's dock made launching and using our kayaks a bit of a slog. But if you simply want to enjoy water views and read a good book, this property is perfect for that.

Family Vacation

The lake house is comfortable and has everything you need for a great vacation! The row boat and kayaks allow for adventures and fishing on the lake, and the fishing is great even directly from the dock. The large lawn has plenty of space for games. Unfortunately, this part of Otisco Lake is not great for swimming because of the weeds; it's best to rent a pontoon boat and go swimming at another part of the lake if you really want to swim. Our adult children found the futon and air mattress more comfortable than the sofa beds, but overall the house was very comfortable for our party of 11. Victoria is a great host and is very responsive to questions!

A Relaxing Getaway

This property was clean, well cared for, and perfect for our family. So perfect in fact, that my sister get married on the property! There were enough place settings for 11-12 guests, and the trellis in the backyard was the ultimate wedding backdrop! We also enjoyed Smores by the firepit, went canoeing/fishing, and enjoyed all that the Finger Lakes region had to offer (Syracuse Zoo, Beaks Apple Orchard, etc.). It was the perfect getaway. The owner even got us out of a pinch on one of our final days, so do not hesitate in booking your next vacation at this property. There was excellent communication with the homeowner, and the home had everything we needed to make it an enjoyable experience for everyone! We are already looking to plan our next trip!

I love Otisco

The place was perfect for our family. The renters clearly understand what it takes to rent a property. The took care of the big and small stuff, to make our stay enjoyable. The inside has been newly renovated. The outside lawn area, and porch are our favorite amenities. The property is on the far north side of the lake. This area gets alot of weed that makes swimming less than optimal. This is a common problem on otisco. For us, the trade off being a nice flat back yard area, was worth it.

Just what we needed

Victoria was a fantastic host. The property was perfectly decorated, clean, and stocked with everything one might need. We had such a lovely time on the lake kayaking, fishing, and rowing. Coffee on the porch and fires at night were highlights for sure. Victoria was responsive throughout our stay and provided us with fantastic dinner and activity recommendations. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing comfortable vacation. Thank you!
