"Pros: Es gab breite Einzelbetten, die Betten waren bezogen, Handtücher vorhanden. Ausreichend Platz und Geschirr für 10 Personen. Es standen sogar 3 Kühlschränke zur Verfügung. Ein Garten zum Verweilen. Insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war angenehm. Cons: Es gab leider nur zwei Hausschlüssel."

"In der Unterkunft sind die Wände sehr dünn ich habe oben ständig die Hundekrallen gehört. Während des Aufenthalts kamen Handwerker die sich was anschauen wollten. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber und musste erst vorgespüllt worden. Handtücher haben gepasst. Fußbodenheizung vorhanden. Der Fernseher spielte nicht alle Sender. "

"Ungeeignet für Familien und vor allem Augenwischerei bei der Buchung, die Fotos stimmen teilweise nicht überein. Man bucht hier das Haus Nummer 70, welches das Büro des Vermieters ist. Das Gebäudefoto ist von Hausnummer 68, welches aber 3 Wohnungen beinhaltet. Man selbst kommt dann in Hausnummer 68a, welches ein eigenständiges Haus ist. Hier gibt es sehr viele Mängel. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern vor Ort. Überall defekte Sachen, schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Lampen kaputt, Wände von...

"Der Garten und der Innenhof waren für unseren Hund super, da er dort frei laufen konnte. Gut eingerichtete Küche, sehr nette Vermieterin, ruhige Nebenstrasse. Zuviele Verbote für Hunde in Norddeich und Umgebung. Das liegt aber nicht in der Verantwortung der Ferienwohnungsvermieter."
