Percheron Place is poised on a picturesque property with stunning valley vistas between the township of Margaret River the beach. There is a stunning north facing deck with an inviting outlook and beautiful Japanese inspired gardens.

Percheron Place is a quiet retreat from the world. It is a space where you can relax, unwind, get back to nature and just be.

Your hosts Sunny & Bec live in the adjoining two storey apartment that is connected to the house via a locked door.

Your privacy is respected to the utmost at all times, both Sunny & Bec keep a very low profile during your stay. They are however, available for you should you require anything during your stay.

The semi rural aspect of the property offers a true country experience. Its proximity of town provides all of the conveniences of being located in town while being just far enough away to feel like you are away from it all.
The visits from wildlife are a real treat.

Please note: The base price is for two people sharing a queen bed. If you require separate beds, a fee of $50 per night will apply. Any additional guests over two will incur a charge of $50 per person, per night. This property is not suitable for children or infants.

Two pets live on the property, Rusty & Karma. They are both very friendly, but please do let us know if they bother or annoy you.

Doesn't get much better!

We found the property to exceed our expectations, especially in the bedrooms, artwork, gardens, ambiance, furnishings and the detail the owners put in to make your want to come back. Our teenage daughters loved the large space in the bedrooms and the daily kangaroo visits in the evening. We look forward to making this our new favourite place to stay in Margaret River. Thanks again to the hosts for setting up the place to a tee.

Terrific property with all the basic amenities covered. Wonderful location just out of the main part of town but close enough to access with ease. Will be back again
