Very spacious and comfortable home. Lower level with pool table and bar set up. House is located minutes to beaches, fishing and hiking and just 25 minutes to Cabot Links Golf. Back yard has patio with fire pit and grille.

The only things we could have used were instructions…..such as the schedule of garbage pick-up, dishwasher instructions, washing machine. There was one thing that was very disappointing, there were no lights inside the pool and it could not be used at night….which everyone wanted to use. It really should be fixed. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Amazing place, very spacious pool table very nice touch. You’re not right on the trail, but you have access to the snowmobile trails without trailing. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large group that is looking to spend some time on the snowmobile trails in Cape Breton.

The house was beautiful and homey from the moment we walked in. The layout was absolutely perfect; the kids had their own play space in the loft, while the adults were able to hangout and converse on the main floor. We were definitely sad to leave, but would love to visit again in the future!

This place was great for us, a group of 2 children and 7 adults. There was room for all of us in the dining room, the kitchen was large and well equipped. We visited 4 different beaches, the Cabot Trail and went whale watching. One thing to note is the barbecue is a charcoal one. We enjoyed the pool table and the kids loved the air hockey game. It was a great stay.

Beautiful property that can easily accommodate a large group. We used it to comfortably host a week-long family reunion. Grocery store close by. Good communication and support from owner. Highly recommended.

Grounds were not tended. Kitchen very disorganized but I cleaned and organized cupboards drawers. Central location for trip around cape Breton. More tan enough space for the eleven of us to be together. Lots of bathrooms.

There were 10 of us on Can Am Spyders, touring Nova Scotia. We stopped here for three nights. The road leading to the house was a little rough for cycles, but the house itself was perfect for us. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and relax. Even though we didn't do much cooking, it had a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful setting, as well!

We are a group of 9 ladies over 65. We get together each year for a getaway. This property was great for us. There are several gathering spaces, lots of room, a pool table and a lovely fireplace. There was lots of dry wood available for our use. Thanks very much for that. The view is excellent, beds are great and the kitchen is very well stocked. Everything we needed was there. We had a great time!

This is a beautiful property in a great location in Cape Breton. Had all the adequate appliances and utensils to cook and serve a family Thanksgiving meal. Laundry on site is super useful. Great proximity to the Cabot Trail Highlands, Cabot Links Golf Course, etc. Tim is great at quick communication. Thanks Tim!

The accommodation—the location—everything totally exceeded our expectations. We had a great time visiting Big Spruce Brewing one day and going into the Highlands National Park the next and hiking the skyline trail. But also just had a great low key day at the chalet! Incredible view, secluded, safe for the kids. Absolutely loved our holiday.

The VRBO site has the wrong address which cause much distress in finding the place. Thankfully a neighbor came to our recuse. The property is 81 not 80 as listed. The TV's were not working in any room and the instructions the owner gave us did nothing to alleviate the problem. Other the needing updates to the house it was very comfortable and a great location for cabot links golf.

We had enough space for each sibling to have a room and could put the kids down and spend time with eachother in the evenings. Close to some of the best beaches in Canada. We loved it.

Lovely home that was clean and spacious for a group of 8. Host was fantastic and responsive. Great location with a quick drive to trails, beaches and a few restaurants. About a 45 min, beautiful, drive to the National park.
