"Staying at Mantua Benavides was the best decision we made in Padova. The place was gorgeous. The room was enormous. Comfortable bed. A large interesting garden and an important sculpture on the grounds. I felt like renaissance nobility. The staff was super-helpful with restaurants, taxis, and general questions. Everything in Padova is exactly a 14-min walk from Palazzo Mantua Benavides. I would stay here again anytime. A lovely 4 days!"

"Padova is a wonderful place to visit. Many historical venues of interest, excellent food choices, convenient to the train station. The weekly market is huge and a great way to spend the day. There were amazing bargains at the clothing tables. Our host, Angela was a huge help. She has a deep knowledge of local history, things to do and places to visit.
