Stayed 12-27-24 thru 12-31-24, the cabin and location were great. We we here for snowmobiling which has always been great. Unfortunately this year their isn't enough snow yet so the open trails were in poor condition. We're watching and waiting for more snow and we will be back.

Place was as it was described and shown in the pictures. The location was perfect for us as we have family gathering a half mile away from there. Definitely would consider staying here again next year.

Cabin was clean, location was great, neighbor who owns the cabin next door was very friendly and helpful. Property contact, Maggie, was quick to respond to our questions and very kind. I would definitely recommend this place!

The cabin was nice having three bedrooms, and a nice view of the lake. Having your own private boat ramp made it easy for getting my sled on the lake. Gogebic grocery just up the hill made it easy for getting bait for ice fishing.

The unit was on Lake Gogebic and had all the basics for our 3-night stay. We were hesitant to book due to no wi-fi and "limited" cell service, but were persuaded by promise of DVD player and Dish satellite. The DVD player would not connect to the TV and the Dish, while having many options, did not have any of the major networks. We couldn't contact the Guest Contact about these issues because there was no cell phone service. We eventually figured out we could get phone service at the state park several miles down the road. The Guest Contact was unable to help us. Afterward, the managing company (Evolve) agreed to refund 4% of our rental cost. The furniture was worn out and uncomfortable.The heating was through baseboard units in each room, which made it a little difficult to maintain the desired temp. Parts of the unit were very clean and other parts looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Lots of stains in bathtub. Loved the view.
