"I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mobile. The inn house was dated back to the 1820’s. They had fire places in every room. It felt cozy, rustic, and straight out of a story book."

"I love this place, it’s older but has a lot of old-world charm and character. Don’t expect a Ritz-Carlton experience and you won’t be disappointed. Great location for a quick walk over to Daphne Street for some music and a cold beer. I stay here every time I drive to Florida, never been disappointed!"

"The property was terrible. My child was supposed to have a birthday party with a few people and they said at the last minute that no guests were allowed and the power went out and when we checked out they didn’t even give us a refund for the room. The service was TERRIBLE!"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The bath towels were visibly dirty, with large stains on them, and the second towel was in even worse condition. The bed sheets were no longer white but gray from age and repeated use, and the comforters had numerous cigarette burn holes, even though the room was designated as non-smoking. The bathroom sink was dirty, and the faucet was covered with grime...
