Enjoy luxury with this spacious, open floor plan Vacation home offering weekly and seasonal rentals. Situated on a wonderful lot on a canal with a wonderful back lania with a gorgeous heated pool looking over two docks. This newly furnished executive home presents with 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath, plus a ½ bath and an office. The master bedroom has a king bed; a second bedroom has a king bed and a third bedroom has a queen bed set. There is a study with a sofa bed as well so the property will sleep 8 people. Custom cabinetry throughout, granite countertops, tray ceilings, built in entertainment center and much more. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the oversized lanai with captivating long water views and private pool and spa. This home is a must visit for your Marco Island stay! Marco Island is a beautiful location with many restaurants and activities for the family. There are several public beach access locations with the Tigertail Beach being the closest to the property. Tigertail has a white-sand beach with a tidal lagoon and is known for shorebirds & shells, with a bath house, concession stand & parking.

Marco Dreaming

The property has a wonderful layout. Great heated pool and hot tub. Close/walking distant to restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property, poor communication

This home was beautiful, centrally located, and set up perfect for our family. Each bedroom looked out to the water and there was a large canal view. One of the bedroom toilets was inoperable. There was also an issue with the pool/spa controls on the wall. The property managers were quite unavailable and difficult to get ahold of. Then a second toilet stopped working. I had to reach out to them for two days before they finally got a plumber out there. There was a sewer back up from the hurricane and they needed to come back out to snake the line after they received approval. The property managers weren’t in communication that day so the issue didn’t get resolved. Three days after our arrival they finally snaked the line. There’s also a home security system and a kitchen water sensor alarm went off several times during our stay. The last night it went off 22 times all throughout the middle of the night. The property management company couldn’t be reached and never ended up responding before our stay was over. We’ve rented a lot of homes and this one definitely had the poorest communication, which is unfortunate because the home and view was beautiful. Other things worth noting is that several light bulbs were out, the closet door with the linens and towels was off the track and the AC in the back two bedrooms didn’t get cold. Overall, very pretty, but not something I felt was worth the money spent. I expect more from a luxury vacation rental.

Simply Perfect

The home is perfect. Nice size bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms for a family of four. The location is excellent. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The pool was clean and very well maintained. Great to have the heated pool on cooler days. We highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

We were in Marco Island for a week to spend time with family that lives in Naples. This house was in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance of shops and dining. The house had a great layout and the pool/spa area was great. The checkin process was seamless and communication was fantastic. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Family vacation

Our arrival was awesome with our welcome basket. The presentation of the house itself was spotless, clean, comfortable an amazing property. "Dreaming" described our wonderful stay. A relaxing fun filled week at Marco Island.

Beautiful Home in Paradise

Our family loved our stay at this home. The house and pool/spa were very clean, spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The home had everything we needed. We were made to feel very welcome upon entering with a personal note and fresh fruit! The best of the 6 homes we have rented in Marco Island to date! We plan to visit again!

Great stay

We had a fantastic 3 week stay at the property. The house was spacious and adequately supplied with all of the essentials. Every room had a connected bathroom. Pool, hot tub - great! The view from the dock was outstanding and extremely peaceful. The location of the home was ideal... a close walk, bike ride, or car ride to the supermarket and beaches. Julia was very quick and responsive to any of our queries. When we return to Marco we will definitely look to book again.

Fantastic property

This house was amazing! We went with my in-laws for a Thanksgiving get away! The setup of the house was perfect! 3 suites, the whole wall sliding doors to bring the outdoors in, the swimming pool, the dock was huge and the location was everything! There were plenty of towels and bedding. Some items we did purchase while there was a fishing pole, a couple extra chairs(they provided 4), a cooler, and a couple extra “boogie boards” for our kids! The kitchen had plenty of silver wear, dishes, pots/pans. It even had an air fryer! The sunrises at this house were gorgeous as you looked out at the canal! We love Marco and this home is our favorite rental thus far! We hope to stay again!
