This is an add on charge and not included in the rental rate. Maximum pool heat temperature is 86 degrees. Occasional issues with pool equipment can result in no pool or spa heat. If so, there may be a credit for up to but not exceeding $25 per day for full days with no pool heat.

Great house in a great location

We had a wide range of ages staying at this property over our 2 week rental (ages 3-95), and everyone loved it. The outdoor area was great a great place to hang out and the kids loved the pool. Really short walk to the beach, and the wagon provided by the owner made it easy to get there and back with all our things. Would definitely consider staying at this house again!

Nice property in a great location

I traveled here with my wife and two teenage boys. This property was in a perfect location for a short walk to the beach and easy access to all of the Marco Island amenities. In addition, the property was very nice, and we enjoyed laying out by the pool. The owner has paid extra attention to all the little details, so you have everything that you need right at your fingertips. Great stay. Would rent this property again.
