Southern Charm Close To Beach

This three-story home is located just minutes from the entrance to the famous Tigertail Beach on Marco Island.

As you enter the home on the first level is an entry hall, a laundry room, a full bath, and a guest bedroom. The first floor also opens to a screened lanai with a full kitchen, a heated pool and spa, a badminton court, a spacious sun deck, and areas for eating and playing games.

The second level features a kitchen 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, and a living area.
The kitchen opens onto a balcony with a dining table. Several of the bedrooms on the second level open onto balconies.

The third level boasts a large gourmet kitchen, dining area, two living areas, a master bedroom, and a large balcony with seating areas that look over the mangroves to Tigertail Beach.

Guests have the option of using the spiral staircase for entrance and exit or the elevator.

The home is located in the heart of the Island close to shopping restaurants, and beaches.

The house and pool are excellent.

Awesome house for a large group

Rented house for a family reunion. Great house - many public areas as well as nooks to escape the group. Rooms are large and well appointed. Multiple kitchens with plenty of dishes, silverware , cups etc.

Family trip

House was wonderful had ever needed and more! Plenty of rooms, great views fabulous pool area and kitchens. Property management was very responsive and easy to work with. I can’t say enough positive things about this house!

Marco Island

Large house on a beautiful island easily accommodated 15 family members for our annual summer family vacation. We missed direct access to the beach. First time staying at this house. No access for disabled guests. Very nice pool with generous amount of beach towels but the attached hot tub spa did not work properly. 2nd floor bedrooms not cool. A/C guy came same day, but never cool enough. Multiple ice makers but none of them worked. Broken dining room chair by a previous guest was still at the table. The handle to open the sliding glass door to a gas grill off the kitchen balcony was broken and the grill did not work. We used the grill by the pool instead. Multiple wine cooler fridges but only one worked. Fan and light switches not easy to find. Need more detailed tour and instructions for the lighting upon check-in. No soap dish or shelf in the enclosed glass shower on 1st floor bedroom. At this price, with a 4-night stay, the guests shouldn’t have to schlepp the large garbage cans from the garage to the street nor change light bulbs!

Let down

Great house, great location. We rented the house because of the elevator (we had an 87 yr.old w/ us), the last person to use the elevator on Thursday night was the property manager and when we called to report, the elevator was not working they sent somebody on the 5th and last night. A very surprising response from the owners, since the never knew what happened, but the property manager was great and in constant contact with us. Don’t rent for the elevator.

Gorgeous home!

The home is very well stocked with all you need. So much space to enjoy. The pool and spa are wonderful. Tiger tail Beach is a long walk but well worth the time. Samantha, the property manager, was extremely helpful. She worked around our flight delays and provided great recommendations for our large family group. We had a great stay.

Large home for a great family outing

This house is a beautiful home, in a beautiful location. Unknown to us it has a beautiful view of the gulf. That was a tremendous bonus. Our family of 20 watched the sunset every night together. I recommend this home for any large group. The hosts were very prompt when ever needed. We would certainly recommend to allpeople who want a large place in a beautiful location.

Perfect for family reunion

This was BY FAR, the most well-stocked home we've ever rented on VRBO. We had extended family staying in the home for a family memorial weekend for our mother. The home, indoors and outside, is BEAUTIFUL and immaculate. It's the perfect home for large groups. There is a lovely living room on each of the two upper floors, each floor with its own kitchen. The bottom floor has a gorgeous pool/spa with bar seating at a full kitchen, as well as shaded table seating for outdoor dining for all the guests. Overall, this house is amazing!

Amazing house!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable and spacious. It had everything you need (kitchen utensils, towels for pool/bath, pool toys, lounge chairs). The 3rd floor view is phenomenal. The neighborhood is great. Overall great experience.

Tigertail

Mostly good. Ran out of propane so pool heat was not available for first two days but it was extremely cold for Florida those days and we planned other activities. Hot tub was a big loss for those nights. ... New cooking pans, knives and supplies were a huge upgrade. Lost upstairs dishwasher last two days but had 2 more on other floors. Way more work but got creative . Great house for a large family.

Nice option if you have a large group. Lots of bedrooms and comfortable gathering areas. Property manager and host were extremely accommodating. Thumbs up.
