Easy check in. Good communication. Condo as described, clean and well stocked with necessities. Perfect location. Thanks for use of coolers, chairs and beach towels so we could enjoy beach time. Community Laundry was easy to use. Overall a great stay. Will consider it again when I’m Marco Island.

Great Location!

Great stay, easy access and so near the beach! The onsite pool is lovely, clean and quiet. Darin as host, was easy to communicate with prior to check in and we had no need for contact once we arrived. The process was seamless and our stay was terrific! We would return!

Couldn't ask for a better location for beach access and right across the street from the JW Marriott. Condo was super clean and has a lot of new amenities, balcony was a great way to end an evening.

Marco Island Stay

We only stay one night, wish we had more time there. The unit was lovely, nicely equipped, shower was great, plenty of room. Public access to the beach right there. The beach was great to walk on, you can go for miles. If you don't want to walk, the condo had all you need to relax for day on the sand. Chairs, towels etc. We'd definitely stay there again if we were staying on the island.Property manager was very good at communicating well in advance all instructions for getting there, things in the area, how to get in and use the condo.

"Just Steps to the Beach" Condo

We enjoyed our four day stay on Marco Island. The condo is very clean with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The building is well maintained with beautiful gardens, a relaxing pool, and a nice tennis court. You couldn’t ask for a better location with public beach access directly across the street and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys are ready to use. There are even washers & dryers on each floor at the end of the building. Great overall experience!
