It's all about the outdoor living at this Marco Island home, which features lovely waterfront views, two balconies overlooking the canal, a pool, and plenty of living space to accommodate up to 10 people. Start the day on one of the sunny balconies, or head down the spiral staircase to the lanai and have a cup of coffee poolside. The fully covered space is an entertainment area: fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for four; chat at the seating area or watch the outdoor TV. There's a mini-fridge on hand, too, so there's no need to go back upstairs for a frosty beverage.

When it's time to head out, you're minutes from the beach, golf, shops, and restaurants. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board are conveniently provided. Boat, jet ski, kayak, and paddleboard rentals, as well as shelling & wildlife tours, are all nearby as well. Explore on two wheels courtesy of the two adult bikes available for your use, or explore by water – tie your boat to the private dock.

Inside the home, the chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of appliances, plenty of countertop space, and all the gadgets they need to whip up a meal. If you're dining indoors, there's a table tucked into the breakfast nook and a formal dining table around the corner.

In the evening, gather around the firepit on the lanai for conversation or stream your favorite shows together on the TV in the living room.

Xfinity streaming is provided. Other streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
The pool is unheated, and the hot tub is not operational.
Guests cannot access the boat lift but can dock a boat on the dockside with bumpers and ties.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Guest can not use boat lift but can dock at boat on the side with bumpers and ties



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
