Pour your coffee, step onto the screened lanai, and watch dolphins roll through the bay below as the sunrise turns the water gold. This is Bottlenose Pointe, a fully renovated waterfront condo in Olde Marco with a bay view from the sofa, the table and the lanai. Made for a couples getaway: sunset drinks outside, dinner at Snook Inn a few minutes' stroll away, then the king bed and nothing but the sound of water. You came for the view. You'll stay for the quiet.
ABOUT THIS SPACE
Slide the glass doors open and the bay comes inside: palms past the railing, sailboats drifting by.
The screened lanai
Past guests say they spent most of their stay out here. The full-width lanai has a wicker sectional for reading and napping, a bistro table for four and a ceiling fan to keep the Gulf breeze moving.
Living room
The open floor plan flows from the kitchen to the living room and straight out to the lanai. Sink into the tufted sectional with the smart TV in front of you and the water beside you.
The fully renovated kitchen
Cook a real meal here. Marble quartz counters, a crystal chandelier over the peninsula and stainless appliances: French door fridge with ice maker, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and kettle. Bar stools for happy hour, a drop-leaf table for two to four and a built-in wine rack. The coffee bar has drip and single-serve brewers plus stocked pods, so mornings on the lanai start easy.
The king bedroom
Sleep in on the king bed with hotel-quality linens, room-darkening shades, a palm-leaf ceiling fan and its own TV for a lazy movie night.
The bathroom
Take your time in the walk-in shower with rain and handheld showerheads, a penny-tile mosaic floor and a glass-block window that lets in soft Florida light. The double marble quartz vanity means two people can get ready at once.
