Wow, what a rare find, an ocean front end unit facing the Gulf of Mexico! Views of the Crescent Beach, this unit has it all! Ocean front views, northern views and southern views of the beach. As an "end unit" it is highly desirable because of its larger size (1200 vs 900 square feet), its full two bathrooms, and the views from the balcony and windows

Enjoy the warm gulf breezes in this Sea Winds of Marco Island end unit. Features include a updated kitchen and remodeled master bathroom, fantastic decor, 3 televisions and wireless internet. New tile on the balcony. Washer and dryer in the unit.

This 11th floor end unit has all new doors, all new baseboards, fresh paint and beautiful design and decor!

The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has twins and a private bathroom and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have brand new flooring and both bathrooms are remodeled.

The property offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball court, plenty of chairs around the pool as well as a small shaded building by the pool.

Located just a short distance away is the Marco Island movie theaters, ice cream parlor, indoor and outdoor dining and shopping. The perfect spot for the perfect vacation!

Registration fee due upon arrival at the Sea Winds managers office per car, 2 car maximum

*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

We had a great stay in Marco. We’ve been to Marco several times but this was our first time staying on the beach! The condo was as described and had a gorgeous view of the gulf. The kitchen was stocked with what you needed and there was great beach gear to use. Host was very responsive to questions we had. Would highly recommend. The view alone is worth it!

The view is amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking. The kitchen amenities are great. Minor problems were handled immediately. We appreciated the well-stocked beach chairs, etc. We were actually happy there is no screen on the deck, as pictured in the listing. Highly recommend.

Everything was great with our stay, plenty of room for 2 guest and you could easily have 4 adults in there as well. Despite the AC going out for around 36 hours it was great. The team was responsive and very helpful during that process.

Loved the 11th floor location, great views all day long, best sunsets from lani. Condo exactly as described. Appreciated all the beach gear. If out and about recommend Red Rooster or Snook Inn. For charters recommend Banyan Charters, excellent experience and this was our second adventure with Capt. Austin

Beautiful condo and location.Everything was clean and kitchen well equipped. Only thing i didnt like was stairs..2 sets and had had to walk around forramp..we sre elderly and disabled so this was a bit muchramp

Really nice unit. Great views. Modern kitchen. One very minor thing-it could have come stocked with more than one kitchen garbage bag and a bit more toilet paper. Having said that, it was a great unit and we would stay there again.

Sea Winds - corner unit

Beautiful beachfront views. Corner unit lets in more light & gives you views all the way up the beach. Kitchen is well stocked (including some condiments which are appreciated). However, it’s so stocked that it leaves no open cabinets for any food guests may purchase. Found it very windy on the 11th floor. Had a few issues that property management addressed quickly.

Wonderful vacation!

Beautiful views of the ocean sunset and inland sunrise.

Great location at the end of South Beach. Nice pool and hot tub. Wonderful balcony looks straight out into the gulf plus around the side. Dining area window has a nice side view of the ocean. Condo is nicely furnished with sofa and 2 recliners, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We would stay here again.

Cozy Holidays

We spent Christmas and New Year’s at this wonderful condo! Although the first 4 days were very cold, we stayed in and drank hot chocolate and watched Vintage Christmas movies!! It was the best fun. I made soup and the start of our holidays was perfect! The condo is very well furnished and has a well stocked spacious kitchen with all the utensils, pans, etc. that you need. Very easy for two people to be in the kitchen working together with lots of counter space. There were even bar stools!! The living room was also set up very comfortably for the two of us. We walked out onto the balcony numerous times in the mornings and evenings and got a great New Year’s Photo with a gorgeous Halo Moon! The bedrooms were set up nicely with comfy beds and both rooms had their own bathrooms….that were pretty spacious. Loved the shower curtains in both bathrooms! They were beautiful! The only thing that could have been better in the spare bathroom was the water. It never really got very hot. Lots of space in the closets for hanging clothes and suitcase storage. Both bedrooms also had ceiling fans which was great. There were lots of towels for the bathrooms and lots of beach towels! The stackable washer and dryer worked well. There was a storage closet right inside the foyer that had lots of chairs and things for the beach! We love the family friendly beach, lots of shells and lots of room for those who want to play games or set up volley ball nets!! There is a bistro right next door that is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner when ya just don’t want to drive somewhere! We truly enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at several other condos at Sea Winds and although they are all nice, this was our favorite! We will definitely stay here again! Beach Wishes and Sunset Dreams, Norman and Jennie 😊

Last resort

There are so many nicer places on Marco on the same beach. This one is like a lake cottage only dirty. The dishes are hodgepodge, the broken cooler and a smattering of other items hidden in a dark furnace closet. Just not what you expect for $5000. Dust chunks coming off ceiling fan, tub basin almost black with either dirt, wear or mildew. Baseboards very dirty. We messaged and property manager offered to have cleaners come but was not wasting a day of my time sitting until the room nor was I leaving a cleaning crew alone with my luggage after I complained. The dirt was excused as the condo having been busy so there is no time to clean and was told that it was going to be deep cleaned after I left. I guess that’s where my large cleaning fee goes…and my host fee must be for the snarky responses from mgmt when you complain. This is my first ever negative post after 10+ rentals on vrbo. Looking at current reviews (after I already booked) seems it is not just me.

Great location, but a bit outdated.

Great location and overall good condo, although a little outdated. Twin beds and sheets were not very comfortable. Water in the guest shower would sometimes get warm but never hot. Location made up for flaws.
