Single floor residence has heated pool, high ceilings and sliding doors leading to a screen enclosed relaxing pool area overlooking canal. Tile floor throughout entire house. It's the perfect place to lounge and enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV and DVR. There are 4 additional Flatscreen TV's in the house (5 in total). The location provides for a short 10 min ride to the gulf of Mexico, via Caxambas Pass. From this home, there are no bridges that you need to cruise under to get out to the gulf, so no need to worry about height restrictions. You can also enjoy fishing right off the dock in the back of the house. The beach entrance at S. Collier Blvd and Winterberry Dr is beach a short walk away (.5 miles - 10 min).
Peak Season Check in Rules from January to Easter require a Saturday check-in and Saturday Check out.
The house is equipped with a boat lift (Boat lift not included in rental pricing, please inquire separately about availability and price).
However, you may use the dock to tie up a boat. No trailers are allowed to be parked in the driveway, per Marco Island City Laws.

There is a Weber gas grill on the pool deck
There are 4 chaise lounge chairs on the pool deck to enjoy.
There are also 6 bicycles available for your use at the house.
We have two 2-person kayaks - that you can use right off the dock in the back of the house. Kayak all through the many canals on Marco Island
We also supply beach chairs and a cart.

There is a miniature golf park also within a 10 min walking distance.

Lots of Bars and Restaurants to chose from in walking distance, near intersection of Winterberry Dr and Collier Blvd.

Restaurants within 10 min walk: Fin Bistro, Chico's Marco Prime, Pinchers, La Tavola, Stilts, as well as easy to access restaurants at the Hilton.

There are no parties allowed and no music is allowed to be played outside the house.

There are security cameras outside the home. These cover the front door, driveway, side and backyard of the house. There are none inside the living area of the home and none facing the pool area.

A list of names of all people staying at the house will be required for this booking.
Photo ID will also need to be provided once the home is booked.
