  • Luxury Condo located steps from the beach with great views! Our unit is located on the 5th floor of the San Marco Residences, across from the beach access to Marco’s beautiful Crescent Beach and the JW Marriott. Fully renovated with all high end finishings, quartzite counters, marble bath, and large center island. An oasis to relax and enjoy beautiful Marco Island. You can walk to the beach, and to several restaurants and shops.

    Our unit includes two separate bedrooms: A master with king bed and another with a twin bed, providing accommodations for three people to sleep in beds. An additional person can be accommodates on the sofa in the living area. It is not a sleep sofa but can be made upas a twin bed.

    The property includes a heated swimming pool, tennis court, gas grill area on property with outdoor seating and laundry on each floor.There is a dedicated parking space.

    We strive to provide our guests a five star experience and have been pleased to be able to do that with our other home #4141912 and with this property. NOTE: Each unit has 1 numbered parking spot. Vehicles may not exceed 21 feet in length. Motor coaches, campers, recreation vehicles and boat trailers are not allowed to park at SMR. They will be towed.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Marco Island! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to enjoy on the island. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

They had a tennis and Pickleball court, as well as a nice sized swimming pool. Everything is very clean nicely kept and parking was assigned so I did not have to worry about where I was going to park. Our host had beach chairs, beach towels, Pickleball racket and balls so everything was really well put together for this property. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back.

Nice property and host communication was great. My first time using VRBO. My only complaint is that the Toilet paper provided was so thin. Great shower, nice kitchen and wonderful outside balcony.

This was our second year staying in this unit, and we loved it just as much as the first time! The location is absolutely perfect—right across from the beach access, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The parking is convenient, which is a huge bonus.The unit is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. The host is incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire experience even better.We look forward to coming back again and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great location!

This property is extremely clean and the location to all Marco has to offer can’t be beat. Communication with host was easy, quick and friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing experience

Loved everything about his place and will definitely book again. Condo itself was very clean, updated and stocked nicely with everything you need. Location makes for easy walking to the beach and restaurants.

Great location, condo was updated and beautifully decorated, all the necessities you may need in a rental were available, and a responsive owner that made sure to check in and see if your stay was going well. I would definitely rent from Kathy again! We had a wonderful trip!

Beautiful Condo!!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this property. It was beautifully decorated and looked even better than the pictures. It is in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!!

Extremely comfortable and so close to the beach. Owner was incredibly helpful. Rented bikes for the week and left our car behind.
