Villa Blaise is a spacious house with a ground floor and 1st floor, with a total living area of 200 m2. It is located in the small Istrian village of Manjadvorci, in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. 150 m from the first restaurant, and 300 m from the first market. The first beach is 6 km away so you will need a car. A 20-minute drive away from Pula, 40 minutes from Rovinj, and 16 km from Pula airport.

Just 900 m from the property there is a popular horse ranch Barba Tone, widely known in Istria as a favorite gathering place for fans of these noble animals. If you need some excitement, the famous "Glavani adrenalin park" is only 3.7 km away.

The hot tub and swimming pool are highlights of Villa Blaise.

The 50 m2 covered terrace features a barbecue and outdoor dining table.

All 4 bedrooms feature spacious double beds. One bedroom is on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a private bathroom.

The ground-floor bedroom has a direct exit to the terrace and pool, giving it a special charm and a relaxing atmosphere of comfort, especially on a sunny morning.

In addition to 4 bathrooms, there is also a small toilet on the ground floor hallway.

Within the ground floor, you have a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and 3 chairs, a dining space with a table, and a living room with a cozy corner set.

The kitchen features an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

Villa Blaise offers a 32 m2 swimming pool, 5 sun loungers, 2 sunshades, and an outdoor shower. Masonry stairs inside of the pool are a great feature for gradual entry into the water, adapted for children and non-swimmers.

The house is equipped with WiFi, SAT-TV, and a washing machine.
3 cars can park in private fenced parking so you won't have any worries.

Das Haus war schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ausreichend. Der Garten ist ummauert, was für Hunde super ist. Allerdings ist die Mauer nicht sehr hoch (größere, fitte Hunde können problemlos drüber springen). In der Umgebung bellen immer wieder viele Hunde, hat uns und unseren Hund aber nicht weiter gestört. Alles in allem ein gutes Ferienhaus.

Gute Unterkunft für Familien

Im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr schön in der Villa. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Einzige was nicht wie in der Beschreibung stand, es waren leider keine Gewürze vorhanden. Wäre schön wenn in der Küche eine Grundausstattung wäre, wie zum Beispiel Salz, Pfeffer, Müllbeutel, Backpapier, Spülmittel usw.

Waren mit zwei Familien und ingesamt 4 Kinder im Haus. Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr freundlicher Kontakt auf deutsch. Sehr schöner Pool und Whirlpool. Restaurant das 150m entfernt ist, ist geschlossen. Gibt aber weitere in der Nähe. Können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the pictures.The villa is new, modern and clean. In addition to the outdoor pool, the jacuzzi is another highlight, why we chose this villa.The kids loved it and it's a big plus when the weather isn't cooperating. The villa is on the edge of a small village and is very quiet. You are really undisturbed. In the village there is a small shop where you can get the most important things for everyday life. But we did our big shopping on the first day in Pula, which is about 30 minutes away The landlords are super nice and communication via Whatsapp (if there were any questions) was no problem at all. We can recommend the holiday accommodation 100%.

Wir waren im Oktober in diesem Haus. Toller Pool und Whirlpool. Das Objekt ist rundrum eingezäunt das war super für den Hund. Die Vermiterin ist super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit.

Licht und Schatten

Das Objekt ist schön und enthält alle Elemente, die in dem Inserat aufgeführt werden. Die Ausstattung ist gut, aber eben nicht sehr gut. Im Hinblick auf den relativ hohen Preis ist das dann doch überraschend. Der Pool ist natürlich großartig, die Liegen am Pool und deren Auflagen nicht. Der Grill musste ausgetauscht werden, die Waschmaschine war defekt. Die Gläser sind vom Spülen in der Spülmaschine fleckig. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer verrutscht auf dem Fußboden und ist zu leicht. Es existieren viele Pfannen und Töpfe, aber sie sind auf dem Induktionsherd überwiegend nicht nutzbar. Das Haus ist gut strukturiert und schön. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist sehr einfach und sie sind schnell und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt also alles in Ordnung, aber eben nur das.

Helt nyt og moderne hus med alt i udstyr - pænt og rent - lækker pool og overdækket terrasse - god plads til 8-9 personer både inde og ude - 500 m til mindre købmand - 100 m til nærmeste restaurant - nemt at køre til større indkøb, strand, seværdigheder osv. - alt er som beskrevet af udlejer, der virkelig er nem at kommunikere med - sød, rar og meget hjælpsom værtinde - vi kommer gerne igen og kan kun anbefale både stedet og udlejer, da alt er som lovet i HomeAway.

Gorgeous new modern spacious villa

Just left after a fab week with family in this beautiful new villa just 25 minutes from the pretty town of Pula. We booked this last minute and what a lucky fab find it was! The owner Biljana was super lovely and met us at the villa on arrival. She showed us around and also promptly answered any questions we had over the week too! The villa is absolutely gorgeous with 4 lovely double bedrooms all bright and clean with comfy beds each with modern onsuite bathrooms, all very comfortable for all the family. The ground floor bedroom is gorgeous and opens out onto the pool area ...was perfect for Ma and Pa as meant no stairs needed for them! The chic open plan kitchen diner and lounge is contemporary and has all necessities ...a great place to hang out ...so all can feel together whether cooking, reading, eating or snoozing! This leads out to the pool and garden area which is enclosed, private and safe with loungers and sun umbrellas. Pool is a nice size and perfect to cool off in the summer heat. There’s also an outside shower too! The garden gets the sun all day! Our favourite spot was the outside dining area on the covered patio just off the kitchen ...perfect with bbq! All rooms have aircon which was welcomed at this time of year! The villa has electric gates and room for 2 cars. We felt very safe! The local shop in the village of Manjadvorci is a 10 minute walk away where you can buy all essentials including fresh doughnuts, beer and wine! There’s a great horse ranch just beyond the shop which has other animals and is worth a visit. The village of Barban a 10 minute drive north has a slightly bigger local minimart / shop with all you need and some cute cafes / bar. Luna restaurant is a must if staying at this villa ...a few minutes south on the 66, as is Rispet restaurant just s few steps away from the villa. Lovely atmosphere in both, great local food and fab service. Pula town is a 25 minute drive away which is lovely and a must see for a day out! My family and I would all highly recommend Villa Blaise. Gorgeous new modern villa in a lovely quiet location in beautiful Croatia! Thanks so much Biljana for allowing us to stay in this gorgeous villa ...we are so glad we found it and were lucky to get booked! Thank you!
