  • Book a 4-bedroom holiday home in Istria for your next vacation in Croatia! This rustic vacation house is located in Pula hinterland and it hosts families and groups of friends of up to 8 people. It lays in the charming village of Pavicini, offering an authentic experience of vacationing in Istrian village.
    Moreover, its position makes it a great starting point for exploring the Istrian peninsula. The closest beach Duga Uvala is just 2 kilometers from the villa. So, here you can enjoy spending time at the villa, sunbathing by the pool or go to the beach.
    The residential area of the villa extends over 2 floors and occupies 200 square meters, while the total plot is 1300 square meters. The ground floor of the villa features a large living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, two of the double bed bedrooms are on the ground floor and two bedrooms are on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms on the upper floor features a double bed and terrace. The other bedroom has two single beds.
    The accent of this villa is in spending time outdoors. Thus, here you will find the wonderful outdoor dining room with a barbecue. Moreover, by the pool, there is a sun deck with sun loungers. Here you will also find a playground for children. The whole property is walled so the children can play around safely. Pool heating is available with surcharge.
