"Excellent Stay for the price. Nice room and grounds are lovely too. Was quiet couldnt hear anyone else areound us . Pool, jaccuzi, sauna and steam room all well kept and clean. Free filtered cold water around the hotel which is nice as I prefer filtered when I stay away from home. Staff were friendly and for the price just cant fault it."

"We had a meal on the first night which was very good. Guinness pie with mash and an Angus burger. Food was served hot and was very tasty 😋 The room was clean and tidy with a big bathroom. One small issue was a loose toilet seat but it was sorted as soon as I reported it to reception. Overall a good 2 night stay. A cooked breakfast would have made the stay even better but there was a continental breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, yoghurt etc."

"The staff are the stars in this Hotel. Every one of them was pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had on one of our frequent overnight stopovers when we make our regular trips from down South to up North. It’s our first time at this hotel but the breakfast really excels in comparison to other hotels in the locality."

"We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Garden Inn as a family to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location was highly convenient, especially as we were visiting Waterworld waterpark right next door – it made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were outstanding – extremely professional, polite, friendly and genuinely helpful, which really made the experience special. "This was a last minute stop over. Great food and fantastic value for money. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and comfortable. Yes a little warm but like I said wasn’t overpriced so was very happy. The pub and function rooms look fantastic so would definitely recommend a stay or even just to stop for food. "
