"Got put in the back housing where the concrete walls were never finished and the coaster train was not more the 25 ft from the window of our room and the coaster ran all hours of the night keeping us up everytime it passed by the building. floors were carpeted but had never been shampood at all washed our feet off and made a wash rag completely black from how dirty the floors were in the rooms."

"We went there for Memorial Day weekend, so it was very busy. Location was great, just a short drive to the nearest beach that was really nice. Hot tub was a bit smaller than expected, so be ready to get cozy with some strangers. Pool water was perfect temperature and nice size. Breakfast was definitely a hit with the waffles, but with only one waffle maker you definitely had to wait or get lucky with the timing when there wasn’t a line of kids trying to make waffles. "When I walked into our Best Western room in San Juan Capistrano, I was blown away by how modern and clean the room was. Exceptional room for sure! The room was spacious and very clean. The entire property is well-maintained, and the continental breakfast was legit, including a waffle station. About 10 minutes from the Los Rios Historic District, which was a real treat to visit, and only minutes away from other eateries. We accidentally left behind some new purchases from our trip. "Did not have any breakfast because of their schedule time. Staff in the front office are not attentive; they go through the motions, but your request is not entered. Waste paper baskets in the room need to be emptied. It's one thing if guests put the "do not service.""

"Had decent breakfast daily. Checkin staff were courteous. No microwave in room which was very inconvenient and strange. The room was not very clean. We had someone vacuum under the bed twice and still had garbage under the beds. Paying to park when you are paying to stay at the hotel is a little greedy. Wouldn't stay here again."
