Spacious Lakeside cottage - Sleeps 16 - steps to Pool, Fitness, & Pickleball

This cottage was built in 2017 and features all the modern amenities that you would want. Our family spends some of the summer in this home, but we rent out during a few select weeks in the Spring and Fall. Linens and towels for all guests are included in the cleaning fee.

***Please note: Between Memorial Day & Labor Day, an entrance fee is required to be in Lakeside, where our home is located. Please see the Lakeside Ohio website for more details.***

The house is on 3 floors:

The ground floor features a walkout basement with french doors and lots of windows. On this floor is a sitting room / TV room, a bedroom with a King bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a full bathroom with glass-door shower, and a laundry room.

On the 1st floor, you'll find an open floor plan with a spacious living room / dining room / kitchen layout. All appliances are stainless steel, and there is a powder room off of the kitchen. French doors open up from the dining room (dining room table seats 8-10) onto a large side deck with another dining table for eight people. The front porch features comfortable seating including an oversize bed-style porch swing (our favorite spot in the house!).

Also on the main floor is a spacious primary suite, with a King bed and private Primary Bath with double marble vanity, separate water closet and oversized tiled shower.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. Bedroom 1 has a Full bed , Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a Full bed and a Bunk bed.

Behind the house is a studio-style guest house with its own King bed and private bathroom. This little apartment is totally self-contained, and perfect for a couple and a baby or for Grandma and Grandpa! It is just a couple of steps out the back door of the kitchen.

**Please note - this guest house does not have heat or water for the Fall, Winter or Spring seasons (roughly October-April). If booking during those times, please inquire as to whether this extra space is available.**

In June, July & August, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside of those times we have a 2-night minimum.
