**We accept same day booking, please contact the host. Great place to stay after a day at the vineyard drinking wine or playing disc golf-You will never want to leave home! Relax, Swim, Outdoor Cooking, Fire Pit, Nature Walk etc. This Hill Country retreat home will suit your needs. 15 acres of pure heaven. Your neighbor is a 80 acres winery-Flat Creek Winery. Fruit trees, wild animals. 10 min drive to closest town. 40 min drive Austin.
Can't beat this location! Master bedroom has 1 King size bed ready for you with comfy sheets and pillows. We provide a REAL crib and a Pack-and-play if you are traveling with your little one. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, french doors that open to a very large patio overlooking the backyard. It also has a working area in case you need to do few hours of work and need a work station. Third bedroom has 2 queen size beds, lots of kids book, games and extra blankets. Bedroom 4 overlooking at the pool is large and has 2 full size beds and is equipped with a flat screen TV and a futon. 1 twin bed located in the second family room in case anyone needs to sleep on the main floor. 2.5 bathrooms with towels, soap and shampoo provided. Cozy living room with 2 leather sofas, Flat screen TV with local channels, fireplace and a billiard table. High speed internet throughout the whole house. Fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor kitchen. Next to the pool, you will also find a large fire pit area, tree house for the kids or for the beautiful view of the winery and the hill country. Horse shoe game etc. Our vacation rental is protected by e-locks. In other words, NO KEYS NO HASSLE! Prior to your stay we simply email you a unique code that works for your reservation only. Late check in is not a problem! Tile and hard wood floors throughout the whole place.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is absolutely stunning, perched right at the top of the hill with incredible views. The pool was a huge hit and very well-maintained. Check-in was a total breeze, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our trip. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Didn’t get property gate code until 20 minutes before check in. Back door was locked with a 1”x4” pine board and it was very hot inside the home. Nice place but needs some work.

CENTEX Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property. Secluded, peaceful, and expansive. It was just what we were looking for. The location may seem out of the way, but there is the winery next door and great spots to eat just down the road. The home was comfortable, clean, and well equipped with the essentials. Shoot some pool with your friends, observe the apiary, take a late night swim under the starry Texas sky with crickets in the background. And when you head inside to rinse off, you’ll find elegant bathrooms that capture the energy of the place perfectly. The bedrooms were clean, inviting, and the beds comfortable. An amazing place, nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of central Texas

Wedding trip stay

Property was really secluded and quiet. Pool was nice to lay out by, but the red wasps were really bad. House was clean other than the dishwasher was stinky so we washed all the dishes by hand prior to leaving. Lighting could have been better in the kitchen area. If you have teenagers the 2 bedrooms contain stacked beds which our two (16 & 17)didn’t like. Would be better placed on the floor..Adults ((65 and (79)can not sleep on the top…only there 2 nights.they survived. Stayed Friday and Saturday night wasn’t really enough time to explore! Great place overall.needs a little updating tho…

Away from City life - Secluded

If you need a break from your schedule, this is what you are looking for. We enjoyed taking our two dogs and some of our family joined as well. The pool was relaxing and the moonlight and star gazing was beautiful. It relieved stress and the scenery was great! I didn’t want to leave.

Hill Country Paradise

We loved how peaceful the location was and the property manager was very helpful and gave us everything we needed. We couldn’t have been happier, everyone had a great time. The only bad thing was that we just wish we could buy the house and property! Awesome place!

Pool in Hill Country Paradise

Need a mental health break? A day or week to not think about bear markets, $4 gas, and inflation percentages at lol levels...well, here is your great escape. Beautifully renovated, large, and clean estate nesseled perfecly in the Texas Hill Country. Do you enjoy great dining and fine wine? A short walk to Flat Creek Winery will set you up. Then, stride or stumble back for a refreshing dip in the relaxing pool. Pay close attention to the various sinage for inspiration, "No working during drink hours"... Owner is informative, accomidating and fast to respond. Thank you and we will definitely see ya again. Bill & Erika McAnn

Fun work retreat!

We stayed for 1 night and had a blast! The home was very spacious and the pool was incredible. Everything was thought of even down to the bathroom shampoo and conditioner and bathroom spray. We will def be back!

Fun weekend getaway

My husband and I rented this property for the 4th of July weekend. We had a good time, the pool was nice to lounge around in. The property is beautiful and secluded. The host was very easy to work with. We would love to come back to visit again on one of our trips to the hill county!

Great location and space!

Had a small bachelorette party with a karaoke machine and snacks. Loved the convenience of the nearby winery/restaurant though we did not try to walk it lol Spotted a lot of wildlife around the house and the stars were beautiful, nighttime was perfect for the trampoline. Very nice stay, will definitely keep in mind for future friend trips!

Awesome Home and very Secluded

The house was amazing . Very private getaway for our group, which was 4 married couples. Easy driving distance to Marble falls are the lake. Beautiful winery just down the street with great customer service !!! Was one of the best trips we have had !!! Would stay again for sure!!!!
