  • Ático situado en la famosa playa de Bahía de Marbella /Los Monteros con 140 m² para 6 huéspedes , incluyendo terraza 50 m² con amplias vistas al mar y a las montañas, acceso directo a la playa.
    Fantástico ático situado en la tranquila urbanización “Bahía de Marbella”. El apartamento está ubicado en una comunidad privada -conserjería 24 hrs durante todo el año- con 2 piscinas rodeadas de jardines tropicales y con acceso directo a la playa.

    El apartamento tiene 2 baños, 3 dormitorios, todos exteriores, – incluyendo un dormitorio principal con baño propio - , un salón, con zona de comedor y cocina, además de una enorme terraza con iluminación exterior de 45 metros cuadrados con vistas panorámicas al mar. Completamente amueblado y equipado.
    Los huéspedes encuentran siempre las camas hechas a su llegada.

    Hay WiFi gratuito con Internet de alta velocidad, altavoz Bluetooth, TV con canales internacionales , aire acondicionado y ventiladores en 2 dormitorios, calefacción, juegos para exterior/playa y una plaza de aparcamiento subterráneo con acceso directo al apartamento por ascensor.

    La terraza es muy espaciosa y dispone de varios toldos, un sofá y dos sillas de jardín, 2 mesas de jardín convertibles en una mesa para 6 personas, 4 tumbonas ( 2 de ellas plegables), 2 tendederos y un baúl con juegos. Desde aquí uno siente al borde del mar, comiendo, leyendo, tomando el sol, disfrutando del windsurf y de las amplias vistas.

    Tranquila y silenciosa ubicación, fácilmente accesible por la carretera A7 Málaga-Cádiz y a 30 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Málaga, a 5 minutos del centro histórico de Marbella, a 10 minutos de Puerto Banús y a solo 10 minutos a pie de la parada de autobús a Marbella y a Málaga .

    En la urbanización hay un club social con restaurante y cafetería abiertos en periodos vacacionales. Se accede directamente a playa vigilada con zonas de dunas protegidas. En esta misma playa se pueden alquilar tumbonas y también disfrutar de una bebida o comida en una terraza en la playa.

Perfect verblijf, alle mogelijke voorzieningen in het appartement aanwezig, Fraai uitzicht op zee, een paar minuten lopen van het strand, vanuit ondergrondse parkeergarage met de lift naar boven en je stapt uit bij je voordeur met de boodschappen. Dichtbij Marbella en vele bezienswaardigheden.Zeer gastvrije ontvangst door Patricia en Juanjo! Kortom: echt een aanrader!

We spent a week in this lovely apartment. Fabulous views from the huge terrace. Mountains, sea and sunsets. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk that takes you into Marbella with little beach bars along the way. Great restaurant recommendations from our host Juan. Highly recommend.

A great property in a well-designed complex, close to the beach and a five minute drive to a handy Aldi. The terrace is fantastic! Sweeping views from sea to mountains. The pools in the complex were great.Communication with the host straightforward, and we were met at the gate around 11pm without issue as our flight was slightly delayed. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen if you want to cook. The combi microwave took a little decoding but useful. Around 10 minutes to drive to Marbella, 15 to Puerto Banus. Car recommended. The one improvement would be an air fryer! Excellent and highly recommended.

Best choice in Marbella!

Beautiful, spacious penthouse with great terrace with magnificent views. Close to the sandy beach, where you can have a good coffee or lunch at Kiosko. If you would like to visit Marbella and the surroundings, this is the place to be!

wonderful experience in Marbella

We stayed 14 days in the condo and enjoyed every minute. It made our stay in Marbella!. Juenjo and Fernando were wonderful hosts and always reachable if we needed them. The property is ideally located off the beach and easy access to A7 highway and grocery store.Everything was provided as per listing. We highly recommend and will certainly plan for a return visit

Superb apartment in beautiful seaside location

The apartment is set in a peaceful and extremely well maintained gated community with wonderful sea views. It was very clean and well equipped with its huge and private wrap-around terrace being its outstanding feature. The booking process was straightforward and Juanjo went out of his way to make us very welcome. We would highly recommend this property.

Super beautiful house in house, near the sea. Nearly to the Supermarkets. Nice host. Mangaleta, a restaurante in the near, i can recommend. A very nice view from the roof terrace. The flat is very big with 2 bathrooms and 3 sleeping rooms.

Wonderful Holiday

Ideal location, with stunning views across the sea. The apartment is smallish but perfectly formed with a large terrace to enjoy the sun and shade if need be, they have thought of everything you wil need for your stay. a couple of restaurants within walking distance, we enjoyed las sardinales especially. We decided to hire a car this year and found the uber or taxi will get you to Marbella for around 12 euros. Thank you to Fernando for meeting us on arrival and showing us round. Overall 5 stars for a lovely 2 week holiday

Amazing views of the sea and Mountains

Our morning coffee was to remember gazing at the ocean and mountains right in front sitting on our outdoor sofa. After coffee we took walks on the walking path to Marbella. The beach was a 1 minute walk and you could see it from the kitchen window. Juan the host was super accommodating and quickly respond. We will come back !!

Loved this apartment! Beautiful views on the terrace from the mountains to the sea. Short walk to the sea and the pools. Handy seasonal bar/restaurant within the gated complex. If you walk to the left (out of the gates by the bar area) along the boardwalk and then along the beach you reach to 2 lovely restaurants. If you walk to the left out of the gates along the beach you reach a snack bar and then a further walk takes you to another beach restaurant. We cycled into Marbella one day (you have to walk along the beach before reaching the boardwalk) for lunch and then onto Puerto Banus and then cycled back along the same route - just lovely! We loved the location of this apartment - away from the crowds but within relatively close proximity to Marbella Town. We hired a car which enabled us to shop at the supermarket but it’s also within walking distance. We drove to Estepona for the day - had tapas in the square there, beautiful! We ordered Ubers into town on some evenings. It’s approximately a 10 minute drive into the centre - prices range from 15 - 30 euros (expensive when big World Cup matches were on). Great to be amongst it all when Spain won the World Cup - such a fantastic atmosphere . Great response from owners about any questions we had - super helpful and efficient. Would love to go back and highly recommend. We travelled as a family of 4 - 2 over 50’s, 16 and 19 year old.

Urlaub wie zu Hause

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Doe bilder geben exakt alles wieder. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, vor allem in der Küche und es gibt alles für den Strand von Liegen über Schirm zum Sandspielzeug. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und war der Mittelpunkt für alles. Super freundliche Vermieter mit reibungsloser und unkomplizierter Kommunikation. Würden es sofort wieder buchen!

Wonderful Beach Stay

We had a wonderful 3-week stay here. The patio is epic with a fantastic view. The apartment was comfortable, quiet and clean. It is about a 5-minute walk to a lovely beach and there are 2 pools at the complex. The complex is very well kept with beautiful flowers. The apartment provides beach chairs and an umbrella, which is nice.I would say that you'd be best off with a car here. Although the supermarket is about a 15-minute walk, it's uphill and pretty hot in the sun. It's also about a 1-hour walk to Marbella so we mostly drove but you could take a taxi. I would not hesitate to book this location again!
