    La villa es una de las pocas villas en Marbella, que ha obtenido la licencia de calidad de Andalucía: VFT / MA / 08326, que es obligatorio para todos los establecimientos de servicios a partir de 2016.
    La propiedad se encuentra en el corazón de Elviria y es ideal como casa de vacaciones. La villa está completamente amueblada y decorada con cuidado, tiene una buena distribución de los espacios y su interior está guardado amplia. La planta principal consta de una entrada, un cuarto de baño de invitados y una completamente equipada, moderna cocina con zona de desayuno y un gran almacenamiento. Por otra parte, hay una moderna sala de estar y un amplio con chimenea y acceso directo a la terraza que permite vistas al jardín ya la piscina. El 50 m² más piscina climatizada año es de 1-2 m de profundidad y el costo de calentamiento (hasta 28 grados) es incluido en el precio del alquiler. Hay un dormitorio con cuarto de baño también. La planta superior consta de 2 dormitorios con baños en suite y el dormitorio principal con baño en suite y un enorme vestidor. Aquí podrá disfrutar de preciosas vistas desde una de las terrazas al mar. El jardín cuenta con una piscina y un espacio suficiente para tener un baño en el sol y los niños pueden jugar. La zona de estar fuera es acogedor y perfecto para una cena y una barbacoa o exterior. Además, la propiedad cuenta con suelos de mármol, a / c, varios canales de televisión y conexión a Internet. Aparcamiento para 2 coches en la parcela y 2/3 coches en el garaje bajo. Esta casa es ideal para las vacaciones ya que hay un camino peatonal agradable y se puede caminar en aprox. 10 minutos al centro comercial de Elviria y desde allí unos 10 minutos más a la playa.
    Es nuevo en el mercado y acaba de conseguir los primeros clientes durante 7 semanas y 9 semanas este año y por lo tanto está reservado hasta finales de junio de 2017.

Absolutely fabulous villa - extremely clean, well located and equipped with everything you could want….We really enjoyed our week here - the pool was wonderful, the outside eating area was just fantastic and the bedrooms - particularly the master bedroom was just awesome.We stayed in a lot of places and this ranks as one of the best for being clean and well appointed. Would stay again and recommend to all (and I’m VERY fussy!!)

Excellent location in the Suburb of Elviria, the Villa was spacious and well furnished, clean and comfortable, all the expected features and more, great pool area and nice outside space.We would definitely recommend and will probably return soon5 stars

Great Villa, Great Host, would book again 100%

Really well equipped villa! Home from home with plenty of space and within walking distance from Elviria restaurants, pharmacy and great beaches. Very secure with undercover parking. Would definitely recommend this property and host! Thank you

La villa est parfaite pour passer des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Elle est spacieuse, très bien agencée et très confortable. L’extérieur est très agréable et le must, une piscine chauffée pour profiter pleinement de l’eau. Vous pouvez réserver sans hésitation

Great house and great host

We had an amazing vacation in this mansion of a house. Everything that we needed was present. Aircon was working perfect, the pool was great (with great water quality), the garden was beautiful. We loved the area, walking to the little center with supermarket and restaurants, and walking to the beach as well (about 1,2 km). Our host was very helpful with everything and checking in on us to assure that we had a good vacation. We hope to be back here.

Schöne Villa

Die Villa ist sehr schön und sauber, alle Schlafzimmer mit separatem Bad, die Küche ist voll eingerichtet, tolles Grundstück von einer Hecke umgeben und Garage unter der Villa. Der Pool ist groß, für Kleinkinder allerdings nicht geeignet. Wlan reichte nicht bis in die obere Etage. 2 Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und die anderen beiden jeweils 2 Einzelbetten, viel Platz in den Kleiderschränken. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Restaurants in ca 3 Minuten und den Strand in 4 Minuten. Zu Fuß geht man ca 10-15 Minuten. Marbella liegt ca 8 km entfernt, der Fughafen ist ca 45 Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage.

Villa at 265 Avenue Espana Almieria

The villa is well maintained & looked after. It has a lovely pool but could do with being cleaned more often I had to clean the pool every day to remove all the pine needles. Please make sure you have plenty of mosquito spray !! The villa is in a very nice residential area surrounded by many other villas consequently you have grass cutting machines, strimmers, chain saws all starting up about 08.00 !! A car is essential for the convenience of shopping and going out at night its just a little to far to walk in the very hot weather. The local taxi services were very good & reasonable we used these to get to the beach. I suggest opening an UBER account which we did for trips into Marbella which cost 50 euros each way !

A fantastic Villa in Elvira

Just returned from a week at Urmas's Villa.The Villa is very spacious and and very comfortable. The swimmingpool was a huge hit. There were plenty of sunbeds which was great as we were a family of 8. Bedrooms very comfortable and the aircon a life saver on the hot nights. Outside space was inviting to sit out in the porch and enjoy the evenings. They also had a big table in the porch as well as inside which was great as we could all enjoy our meals together as an alternative of the nice restaurants which are in the near. A lovely holiday. We would definitely return.

Wonderful place

First class luxurious villa, the pool is amazing and heated, the location is wonderful, great views and very quiet area, great for walks and 10 minutes away for shops. Excellent cleanning, the villa had everything we needed and more. Urmas, the owner was helpful and very quick to answer any question. We had a wonderful holidays, I highly recomend it. We would love to come back. Thank you.

A delightful villa and holiday

We had a absolutely splendid time during our stay as this superb villa. The villa is of high quality and met all of our needs to ensure we had a lovely and very enjoyable holiday. Urmas was excellent when we were there, always available and very responsive if needed for any question at all and Kalle ensured we had everything on arrival and departure which was very appreciated. The outside areas of the villa are also a delight. It was our first time to this area of Spain for a holiday and the walk to the restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and all the amenities made everything so much more relaxing than having to go in the car all of the time. We look forward to visiting again hopefully very soon.

Marvelous!

Beautiful house and grounds, within walking distance of restaurants, zip lining, and beach. Lots of fun activities to do in area: we went quading, canyoning and rock climbing and were always happy to return to the house to have drinks on the terrace and swim in the pool. What a marvelous vacation! Thank you Urmas!

Our family group of 8 had a great time. Owner very helpful, cheerful and responsive.

Villa in excellent condition and everything worked well incl aircon, WiFi and sat TV. Great pool, terrace and garden outside- all well maintained. Walkable to shops, restos and beach. Close to Puerta Banus etc and brilliant climbing activity centre for all ages within easy walking distance. Very enjoyable stay and really appreciated Owner’s approach which was very focused on ensuring customer satisfaction

Family of six stayed here for 18 days We have been staying in apartments last ten years in Elviria but this year decided to rent Villa and best idea ever Having such large space , our own pool and close proximity to commercial centre really worked for us Will definitely return and Urmas the owner was easy to deal with Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful house O’Keeffes

Great House in a Great Location

This Villa is what made our vacation such an unforgetable one. The wife and I and our three kids enjoyed spending time at this wonderful location. Sometimes it was too much time, as we stayed in the villa more than we did outside. But isn't that what vacations are for?? I would highly recommend staying here, such a quiet area, with a lot of restaurant within walking distance and just a great house. Made us feel just like home. This is my family's first visit to Spain, and they want to go back very soon because of this house. Urmas, the owner was very helpful and was in continus contact with us to make sure we had everything we wanted. Can't wait to go back and stay here again..
