Perfect and Wonderful Waterfront Location, ideally situated in the centre of the fabulous and beautiful town of Marbella with the beach outside your doorstep and walking distance to ALL amenities and only a 3-minute walk to the beautiful Old Town of Marbella and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos!!! Beautiful stone floor 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom 90 m2 apartment with an open-plan living area fully refurbished and decorated to a very high standard in the winter of 2014 with newly fitted hot water boiler & A/C units hot and cold. Blackout curtains. The large elegant lounge/diner area with high quality art & designer decoration & fully equipped modern open plan kitchen with Granite worktops offers a spacious area to relax & enjoy a truly luxurious holiday! Large wall mounted latest flat screen Samsung LED TV with inbuilt Wi-Fi, Cable and Satellite. Internet Access. The lounge has a very large sofa-bed which has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cms.
Stunning and fantastic sea, mountain and urban, unspoilt! views from the apartment. Big communal pool in the complex with big tiled terrace & views to the sea and the beach. On the roof there is a big terrace with a large pool offering stunning, breath-taking panoramic 360° views to the sea, Gibraltar, Africa, Puerto Banus, City & Old City of Marbella and beyond to the spectacular mountain peaks! Ample of sun beds are available around the pool areas. Great and perfect location to enjoy romantic beach promenades, water-sports, hiking, biking, walks, health clubs, golf, skiing, sightseeing, beautiful parks, historical sights, culture, excellent dining & wining, entertainment, fantastic shopping & MUCH MORE FABULOUS Marbella and Andalucia have to offer! You can walk or ride the bicycle on the promenade to the World famous luxurious port Puerto Banus with its famous shops and bars & restaurants. Car not necessary! Private garage within secure underground parking facility entered via remote controlled security gates. Great view and fresh apartment

Top apartment in top location. Nice kitchen and livingroom. Fresh bathrooms and great beds to sleep in. Air condition perfect. Good communication with host.

We loved our stay at this apartment. The location was excellent. Marbella Old Town , with its beautiful cobbled streets, whitewashed buildings and great bars and restaurants, was only a couple of minutes walk away. Would have been good if pool / beach towels and a beach umbrella were provided given the pool and proximity to the beach. Plus the power went off one day and although an electrician came and rest the system, if there had been instructions as to what to do we could have saved a day with no power. Overall would define recommend.

Lovely welcoming property looking out to sea, all white goods available for use. Near to several cafes/restaurants bars serving good food. Overall a great holiday had by all.

Amazing location and apartment is furnished to a very high standard

We stayed for a week, me, my husband, our 13 year old daughter and her friend. The apartment was big enough for us all. The location is brilliant spent hours simply sitting watching the boats go by. The rooftop pool was our favourite pool and it was a good temperature my husband went swimming every day which he never usually does. This was the first time we have used HomeAway and the very patient owner answered all of my questions very quickly which put my mind at ease. We would definitely come back here again as this has been one of our best holiday experiences.

Great location, right on the beach and a short walk from old town Marbella, orange square and bars

Plenty of space for the 5 of us with 2 in each bedroom and 1 on the pull out double bed in the lounge. Has all mod cons which is great: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils you would need. The master bedroom is a good size with ensuite and overlooks the apartments at the back. The other bedroom is smaller but still a good size double room. Only challenge is that the door that leads to the a small storage/seating area off the bedroom with a window is only accessible to the owner so this room became very warm at night as no natural air able to circulate due to door being locked. Great view of the sea from the living room and 2nd bedroom. 2 pools (one on ground level) and 1 on the roof were great and the one on the roof was particularly nice at the end of the day. There a tv with netflicks etc which was great for chilling out in front of before heading out at night. I would recommend this apartment. The only improvements I would suggest is that at handover, the location of the roof top pool is explained (the girl who treated us didn’t know where it was) and that she is also able to show where the sofa bed is located and how it works (we figured it out with her) Overall, great holiday and fantastic location.
