The room was clean and worked well for our two couple group and seven day stay. The view of the mediterranean was increduble, the grounds were well kept and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Amazing views and experience!

We stayed for a week and have to say - location location location! The views of the ocean and breeze at night were phenomenal. Centrally located to amazing restaurants and stores in Puerto Banús and Nueva Andalucia. Management was incredibly responsive - Highly recommend!!!

The property is in an excellent location with a great view and large sunny balcony. The interior needs some attention. The bed was comfortable and the shower rooms adequate but the sitting area was uncomfortable. It apartment is very compact which was fine for the two of us but would be very cramped if four adults were staying. Would highly recommend Banus Rentals, they provide a very professional and attentive service.

We love this apartment, the location is great, in a one-minute walk you are at the beach. The apartment is super clean and beautifully furnished. Due to the 2 Balconies you have all day long sun. Its perfect with a little dog as there is a lot of green around. It’s super quiet and they take a lot of effort in the maintaining of the buildings and the garden. The company that manages it, is fantastic, they always answer immediately and we got a late check-out for free which we appreciated a lot. We booked again for next year…

We had an amazing 10 days in the apartment. The decor and finish is wonderful, the balconies were incredible - we would eat breakfast overlooking the sea every morning and also spend many afternoons sunbathing from the comfort of our own place. You could get a better location with only a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk into the port for all the restaurants and shops.

A beautiful apartment and a wonderful location. Clean an delicate. The apartment is well equipped. The location was perfect, close to everything (beach, shopping, restaurants, lovely morning walks ). We would absolutely recommend a stay here! Great service from Elaine from Banus. She answered our questions and was helpful during our stay! (When we told her that the coffee machine didn’t work, they came and checked it out an replaced it within two hours ??).
