    Welcome to Coco Plum on the Bay, your private waterfront retreat in Marathon, Florida Keys. Set on nearly an acre corner lot, this spacious 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is designed for comfort, fun, and unforgettable memories. With room for up to 10 guests, it is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy both relaxation and adventure in the heart of the Keys.

    THE HOME

    Inside you will find a bright and open layout with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home features a multi-level design, with four comfortably furnished bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The upper level features spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with washer and dryer. Two covered stairwells, located on opposite sides of the home, provide access from the ground level and connect all floors.

    For downtime indoors, enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs with premium cable in every room, and a classic video arcade game table that is sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike.

    OUTDOOR LIVING AND AMENITIES

    Step outside and discover why guests love Coco Plum. The home features a private pool, hot tub, and lanais overlooking the bay, perfect for watching stunning Florida Keys sunsets. A 100-foot dock with deep-water access puts you just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf waters by boat.

    Other amenities included with your stay are 3 tandem kayaks, 2 paddleboards, 4 cruiser bicycles, a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, a volleyball net, a pickleball area with marked lines and a net, cornhole, an outdoor grill, and a fire pit.

    Ample parking is available for cars, boat trailers, and even an RV.

    FAMILY-FRIENDLY FEATURES

    We know traveling with kids requires extra planning, so the home comes equipped with 2 Pack 'n Plays, a portable toddler bed, 2 high chairs, and a stroller. These thoughtful extras mean there's less for you to pack and more time to enjoy your vacation.

    LOCATION

    Coco Plum on the Bay is conveniently located near marinas, grocery stores, shops, and plenty of restaurants. Marathon offers activities for all ages, including sandy beaches, fishing charters, snorkeling, aquariums, the Turtle Hospital, and even opportunities to swim with dolphins. For a day trip, head down to Key West or explore the neighboring Keys.

We loved staying here. It was perfect for our large family. The pool, hot tub, water front, and many outdoor games were all great amenities. The owners were great to work with. The bedrooms were large and the outdoor verandas on each floor were perfect to enjoy the views of the Bay where we saw dolphins and manatees. Can’t say enough about this property!

This house literally has everything you need and more. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed all the amenities. We had a group celebrating high school and college graduation and there was something there for everyone. Pool, hot tub, paddle boards and kayaks, fishing gear, pickleball, bikes and the list goes on. The host was super responsive to all of our questions and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if our travels take us to the keys. Two thumbs up!

This property is described, and it was a wonderful place for our family together for the Christmas holiday. Everything was clean and bright the sleeping accommodations with the en suite for each room so convenient and the beds are very comfortable. The location had everything that we needed we did not need to go out and leave the property to entertain ourselves. Truly a wonderful Property would enjoy returning.

Pool was great, did not use the hot tub. Additional activities were great. Not enough beach towels. Kitchen needs new cookware. We bought one cookware and one towel that we left.

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the comfortable furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen, which made it feel like a true home away from home.The location was perfect: and relaxing, yet still conveniently close to everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor space, which was ideal for unwinding in the evenings.Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation rental!

Family reunion

Great place for our family reunion. This beautiful waterfront home had everything needed for the perfect vacation. We enjoyed the kayaks, SUPs and especially the pool. A great time was had by all 3 generations.

We loved this property! It had everything. Great views, all the amenities you could ask for, and friendly prompt service from the property manager. We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We truly enjoyed our visit!! The house has everything you need. Our children and their spouses really like the bedroom each with a private bath. Plenty of places to hang out together, while still enjoying their privacy when they wanted.

AMAZING VIEWS

I really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was its own Paradise all in one property. The views were amazing and so much wildlife to enjoy. Lots of room in the house and very functional. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Lots of games and things to enjoy on the property. Just a wonderful property!

This vacation home has it all! Stayed for a week with 3 families and had a wonderful time. Beautiful views. The layout has a lot of stairs but provides everyone areas to gather yet have their own private space as well. Highly recommend.

Family Thanksgiving Vacation

This was the most awesome vacation. The hosts covered every imaginable amenity, from adults to infants! We did not want for anything and the property is amazing! They were always available to answer any inquiry, before and during the trip. Perfect for a large group and we absolutely recommend this home.

This was the best vacation we have had, Darlene communicated with us and addressed a few minor problems immediately. I don't think it could have been any better. The property is amazing and the host was just as amazing!

Couples Retreat

We throughly enjoyed our stay here at Coco Plum on the Bay. The house was very clean, well stocked with bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and outdoor supplies. The house is also well stocked with things to do. The communication with the property manager was fantastic and very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

Absolutely Amazing!!
