    Welcome to Sol Mate Vacation Home, your private waterfront retreat in the heart of the Florida Keys. Situated on a unique corner waterfront lot with water on two sides, this 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home features a private pool, 200 feet of deep-water dockage, and beautiful sunrise views from the lanai. Designed for comfort, relaxation, and fun, Sol Mate is the perfect getaway for families, couples, and friends looking to unwind, enjoy life on the water, and create lasting memories together.

    THE HOME

    Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The living areas and bedrooms feature smart TVs, premium cable, and Wi-Fi, perfect for catching the big game or enjoying movie nights. Each bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, and with 4 full bathrooms, everyone has space to refresh after a day out on the water. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.

    OUTDOOR FUN

    Life at Sol Mate revolves around the water and fresh air. Spend your mornings fishing right off the dock, then cool off in the private pool or explore the canals and bay by kayak. With 200 feet of deep-water dockage, Sol Mate is also a wonderful home base for guests bringing their own boat.

    The home includes 2 tandem kayaks and 4 cruiser bikes, so you can explore both land and sea. Evenings are made for grilling on the BBQ, playing a round of backyard mini golf, or gathering around the fire pit under the stars.

    GAME ROOM AND ENTERTAINMENT

    Rainy day or just feel like staying in? No worries! Head to the game room, where you will find classic arcade games, an Infinity Game Table, ICE basketball, and Skee-Ball for some friendly competition. Between the cornhole set, books, puzzles, and selection of games, you will never run out of things to do.

    FAMILY-FRIENDLY TOUCHES

    We know traveling with little ones takes extra planning, so the home includes a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and stroller. These thoughtful extras mean there is less for you to pack and more time to enjoy your vacation.

    LOCATION

    One of the best parts of Sol Mate is how close it is to everything. Within minutes, you will find marinas, grocery stores, shops, and plenty of restaurants. Marathon offers activities for all ages, including sandy beaches, fishing charters, snorkeling, aquariums, the Turtle Hospital, and even opportunities to swim with dolphins. For a day trip, head down to Key West or explore the neighboring Keys.

We had a fantastic stay! We brought our boat and had no trouble navigating the area, and there’s a convenient boat launch nearby. The host was wonderful and very communicative. We were welcomed with a box of delicious cookies on the dining table, which was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved it so much we’ve already booked our next stay!

What an amazing property! This place is outstanding and the location is perfect. The pool is great, house is super clean and amazing communication from the owners I highly recommend staying at this property. If we ever visit the keys again this is place we will always stay!

The house is nice and has plenty of room. The house has lots of nice things to do such as the putting green and the game room. The only thing that would make it a bit better is labeling the light switches so you know what turns on what. Also they’re building a new house next door and they start at 7 am. It can get loud. Didn’t bother my group but it may for others and should be mentioned.

Great place!

The house was an absolute dream. It was in such a great location that we spent most of our time out on the water. However, at night, all of the amenities were wonderful. The game room is outstanding, and the beds are very comfortable. It was extremely well equipped … and a wonderful place to spend time

We had a great time staying at this house. It met all of our needs. It was very clean and loved the deco. Darlene was a great host, very communicative and accommodating. The dock was perfect for our boat and we liked having the downstairs area to store our rods and gear. Location was perfect. I would definitely book this property again.

Comfortable and convenient

The house is well kept, well equipped and very conveniently located. We enjoyed the game room, dining on the upstairs porch and appreciated that Publix was only five minutes away. Very comfortabke for six adults. Also, if you bring a boat dockage is good and open weater is literally 3-4 minutes away. Would stay here again any time.

Was the best yet!

My family and I have been vacationing in the Florida Keys for many years and Solmate by far was the best house yet! The house and property was exactly how described and did not disappoint in any aspect. Darlene, the owner, was phenomenal with answering questions. We loved this vacation so much that we will be booking again as soon as we can!

Amazing stay in Marathon

The pictures don't do this property justice! The house is spacious with access to a full game room, kayaks, bikes, mini golf, and more. The location on the canal is right next to the opening to the ocean for great boat access. My family had a great stay and we will certainly be returning!

Great family vacation

This is a beautiful home. Stunning location on the water. We spent a lot of time on the wrap around deck and pool. Very very clean and all bedrooms and baths well appointed. If i had any questions, the host promptly responded. This is in a great location near stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

This property was great! It had everything that we could have possibly needed for our week stay. The location was nice and was easy to get to from the boat ramp. There was plenty of parking on the property for our vehicles and a boat trailer. We had one rainy afternoon and had a blast playing the arcade games in the game room. There are plenty of areas to hang out inside and outside, we never felt crowded at any point.

Really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was ideally located as it is on the water and we brought our boat down. The house was great with everything you would need. Loved the bikes/kayaks, etc. We had zero issues and Darlene was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Best Getaway With Our Family

We spent a week with family at Sol Mate and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay anymore. All the added amenities such as the putting green, kayaks , game room and pool were such a hit! The home slept all 8 of us very comfortably! We stay in Marathon once a year and we have enjoyed many homes but this is definitely a favorite of ours and we’re already looking forward to next year!
