Centrally located to enjoy Marathon's attractions and night life. Key West 45 min south, Islamorada 30min north. You are truly in the heart of the Conch Republic. Luxury Master bedroom and Queen Suite both with attached bathrooms. Third Bedroom with bunkbed and sofa bed with private full bath. Large Flat Screen TV's, Cable, WiFi. Fully equipped Kitchen. Private elevator. Your own 600 square foot ROOF TOP TERRACE with BBQ, Concrete bar/table and lounging furniture. Enjoy yourself in the relaxing ROOF - TOP with a glass of wine watching the SUN-SET as luxury yachts pass you by. There are also two Balcony's with lounge furniture perfect for your quiet morning coffee, reading or naps. This place is beautiful and private with just 14 units total. Property is 8 units away from shared pool and ocean. Ground floor has covered parking. Community pool . Heated pool faces the ocean. There is a boat dock #3 available( We are not responsible for your boat) we don’t recommend leaving boat in water overnight or when bad weather occurs due to high currents and waves. Dock includes; fresh water, electric, fish cleaning station. Controlled depth of 7 feet with just seconds out to the Atlantic ocean or Gulf. Your unit comes with a bait freezer. Jogging/Biking/walking path outside your front door. Shopping and golf course very close by. Publix supermarket and restaurants 5 minutes away. Beds: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Beds, 1 bunk-bed and 1 full sofa bed. Sleeps 6 adults.

Unit was very clean. Amenities were included , just needed to buy our groceries. One thing to mention that all units share the pool and our unit was one of the farther units from pool area . Good to know if you are expecting to have kids with you utilizing the pool all day. Nice dock and gulf view.

We stayed here for a week (party of seven). The property is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. We really enjoyed the beautiful rooftop deck, with excellent views. It was a short walk to the pool, which was heated and very lovely for cool days. The manager replied immediately to questions I had about the property. Three bathrooms were just enough. There is currently two beds (not three, as pictured) in the third bedroom. We did have to use the pull out bed in the living room instead. Nice location and convenient to everything. The elevator was a huge plus!

In this townhome, the kitchen is located above the bedroom. At 4 AM water poured from the ceiling due to a defective refrigerator. Spent a couple hours placing empty trash cans and towels on the floor then into dryer so we could reuse them. Turned off refrigerator which partially solved the problem. Needless to say it was a terrible experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Marathon. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Even though there were a couple rough days because of Hurricane Ian, we enjoyed every minute. Perfect location between Islamorada and Key West. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The house was great. Perfect location, only thing it stated private dock and pool. You shared this will 13 other houses. But other than that I would definitely stay there again. Check in process was very easy.

Ed, the property manager, made everything about our stay enjoyable! Easy check in, quickly answered any questions that came up, and easy check out. The house is centrally located and that it very easy to get around the island and down to Key West. Beautifully decorated and very well stocked with large beach towels and kitchen items. Just a warning if you have a smaller boat (ours is a 17 foot). The dock sits at Vaca Cut and has very strong currents. It was impossible for us to leave our boat at the dock. We had put in and take out daily at a public ramp (1/4 Mike away). Thankfully the Public ramp was close, but it was an inconvenience putting in and taking out every single day.

This a a lovely, clean, and spacious property. It is fully appointed with everything a vacationer would need. Our favorite spot was the rooftop deck with its wonderful views and spectacular sunsets. It was a great spot to have a snack or a glass of wine and just enjoy the view. The unit is conveniently located near restaurants, attractions, and local beaches. We had a delightful experience in the Keys. Thank you for sharing your condo!

I'd have to say the main thing was the fact the pool is in the shade before 11 and after 3. It is located between two of these houses. If you are like my spouse and are there to just sit in the sun by the pool during the day, you might not like this location. That is really the only thing that was slightly disappointing, but not major. Like I say, if you are there to fish and go to beaches etc, you won't be bothered by it. It is a nice, quiet area, the owner was great at communication and you are within minutes driving distance of any places you need like stores and pharmacy.
