Located in the resort style community of Coral Lagoon! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse a spacious open floor plan.

Coral Lagoon showcases luscious tropical landscaping throughout and a large community pool for the ultimate tropical getaway.

**Please be advised, starting Aug. 17, 2024 - There will be NO DOCKAGE available with this unit.
Additionally, dock construction will be starting soon. The date is yet to be determined.

Once construction starts on the dock, there will be construction noise at the back of the unit. There is currently a chain link fence blocking off the dock. No access to the dock is available.

IMPORTANT BOAT DOCKAGE AND TRAILER STORAGE INFORMATION
Prior to your arrival boating guests are required to complete pre-registration with the marina dockmaster.

The Boat House Marina will collect a $50 administration fee. You MUST contact and register with the marina at least 30 days prior to your stay.

You will also need to add the Boat House Marina as additionally insured to your boat insurance AND email proof of insurance to the dock master. Please visit their website www. theboathousemarina. com to review marina rules and regulations and additional fees for ramp use and valet trailer parking.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Our only concern was the lack of notification for the access code to the property. On the check-in email it advised that this code would be sent to me, 30 minutes before our anticipated check-in time. No code was received by text or email. When I contact VRBO via their chat app, the instructions from the online agent were confusing, but we appreciated Seth’s help.However, the property manager who I had contacted first via message on the VRBO app, did respond after a little while and advise the access code. We appreciate that a Sunday checkin is outside the normal working week hours, so we’re very appreciative of the help that was given. We wondered if the issue of not receiving the access code was due to us being from the UK and not having an American mobile phone number…? Other than that, the townhouse was exactly as advertised and our six night stay was 5 Stars from us. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you again to the property manager for coming to our rescue on a Sunday..

Enjoyed staying at the Coral Lagoon a quiet and convenient Location. If you bring your own boat, there is easy access to the Atlantic and Coral Reefs. The townhome had ample Room for all of us. The location to the Laundry was not so convenient as desired. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It's a good choice for a family. The pool is very nice, and the location is great for boaters. However, if you want to scuba dive or snorkel, stay closer to Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, or you'll be doing a lot of driving.

This is our 3rd year staying here. Just love this Coral Lagoon property. It is quiet, with a great pool. Close to everything especially a short walk to Curly’s our favorite place. Can’t wait for next year.

This property was fantastic in every way. Location was perfect to get out on the water in the boat. The pool was a welcome place to chill out. The condo was so comfortable for all of the family, including an infant. The outdoor space was perfect for having an evening cocktail. We have stayed in several places in Marathon and this is by far our favorite.

family liked the location-close to restaurants, shops and Key West. the A/C was great; internet strong and mostly clean. For six of us towels were lacking (6 bath, two hand, two wash clothes) and no detergent so we had to provide. Loved the crock pot- great idea; my suggestion is to do a box filled with detergent, baggies, trash bags, paper plates/cups, AL foil, dishwasher tablets etc- charge me twenty dollars, but then i don't have to run out for it when i arrive- it would be a nice convenience. Code to door is better than keys. Plastic cups/glasses for pool area would also be nice. thank you for making your condo available to others. Best Regards
