  • Anglers take note - you've found the perfect getaway at this charming, lime-green Marathon home, offering a canal-front location and easy access to the Atlantic. With an ice maker, fish fryer, and bait freezer on the ground level, you'll be even more prepared when it comes to landing the big one. And those who prefer to stay land bound will love spending time enjoying the water view from the patio swing or a rocking chair on the deck. When it's time to explore, several restaurants are within walking distance on Overseas Hwy., with grocery stores, a golf course, and public beach access at Sombrero Beach all just a few miles away.

    At the home itself, you'll find a bright, cheerful, one-level floor plan that's designed for spending time together. Two sets of French doors onto the deck let in lots of natural light and the lovely water view. The open, updated kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a standalone island, perfect for a quick snack or meal prep space. Grab a bite together at the large dining table, then head out to explore.

    After a day on the water, toss your catch on the gas grill for an easy family cookout. Cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry, then stream the latest release or use the free Wi-Fi to post the day's pics. Call it a night in either well-appointed bedroom - another dreamy day in the Keys starts tomorrow.

Our family of 4 found this house to be perfect. Perfect size, great location. Bright, clean and newly renovated. Great attention to detail. The house had everything we needed and more.

Great location and facilities

The location was perfect , right by sea . The house was recently renovated with modern touches and a decor that showed great taste . You could go from doing a BBQ , to relax with a view , to spending time in the open jacuzzi . Everything was clean and updated . Would certainly return

This house has it all!!!

Updated. Clean. Great location. Easy access to the Atlantic and Bay. This house just feels like home. We were so comfortable here. Having the ice maker, bait freezer, and even a fish fryer was a huge plus! The Vacasa team was great to work with. We will be back soon! Thanks Again!

Perfect spot

What a great place. Clean and open property. Clean and everything you would need. Million dollar view from the balcony and great dock. We kept boat all week and it was great access. House even has ice maker which is a major plus. Get neighbors ( great neighbors) advise on navigating the channel as it is definitely a need to know as gets shallow going through. Don’t hesitate booking this property
