Very clean with many new appliances. The host was very responsive during the week and the house is in a great location in Marathon only about 10 minutes from Sombrero Beach. It was a great base camp for our day trips.

This house worked great for our family! It is very spacious and clean. The location worked well, close to restaurants and a grocery store. We loved being centrally located in Marathon. The rooftop deck was super cool, great for sunsets, stargazing, etc.

Amazing location

We had an amazing stay at Tropical Delight House in Marathon, FL! The location is perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. One of the highlights was being able to park our boat right on the property, making our days on the water so convenient and enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One small suggestion would be to include paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods and bath soap dispensers to make the experience even better. Overall, we highly recommend Tropical Delight House for a fantastic stay in the Keys!

The property was modern, clean and well-stocked. The check in process was fine although with the cross-over in property management we were unable to contact via Vrbo. My only complaint is that the property felt partly unfinished and insecure, and some of the fixtures in the property were not working as they should such as the toilet cistern would not refill without intervention, and some of the electric blinds were not working.The exterior door handles and main lock felt flimsy and the property also had a lower floor not advertised which was accessible via the front door, it wasn’t clear if this was occupied but no door lock separation the two areas which felt a little unsafe. I will mention that I did not voice these issues to the property manager, so I can’t assess their response or knowledge of these problems. It should not put off a renter as the property was nice and in a good location, we had a great stay and with a couple of tweaks it could be perfect.

Perfect home away from home!

Our week-long stay at this Marathon home was absolutely fantastic! Truly a wonderful home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful home and the convenience of having our boat docked right in the back of the home. The home itself exceeded our expectations, with spacious and comfortable accommodations that made us feel right at home. The home is centrally located and so close to everything! The beds were so comfortable. We loved firing up the BBQ and spending lazy afternoons fishing off the dock. The rooftop area was a favorite spot for soaking up the sun and enjoying stunning views. Our vacation couldn't have been better, thanks to this amazing home. We can't wait to come back!
