Charming Half Duplex

Charming Half Duplex offering 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The home is on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood on a canal that offers easy access to open ocean. This home is centrally located in the heart of Marathon. Sombrero beach is only one mile away and it offers covered pavilion, gazebos with BBQ grills, bathrooms, playground for children and sand volleyball courts. Sombrero Beach is a great place to spend the day with your family.
Publix, Winn-Dixie and K-mart are conveniently located one mile from the house.

This property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk in closet. The guest bedroom is spacious and has two queen size bed. The house sleeps 6 people. Both bedrooms have memory foam mattress and both bedroom have Cable TV. Bathrooms are fully equipped with towels.

The kitchen has been completely updated, White Cabinets, Quartz Counter tops and New Appliances. Dinning table seat 6 people comfortable, living room has a sectional sofa. The living area is spacious and open to the backyard were you can enjoy ocean breeze and ocean views. The backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the open ocean views, sunrise and sunsets.

Loved Marathon Key

We loved this condo. Very accessible to everything there is to do in area. Condo was the perfect spot. Nice quiet neighborhood. The checkin and out was fantastic. Ivette was great to work with. We ate all the local restaurants they were all good!! Loved sombrero beach for laying out and going to watch sunset. Key west is an 1 1/2 away for a day trip.

Beautiful place, perfect location

We had such a great time at this beautiful place, that one week was not enough. Very clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, conveniently located to the grocery store, Sombrero beach and 7 mile bridge. Impressively quick communication with the property manager Ivette. Srongly recommend!

Excellent all-around stay

Great location for enjoying Marathon - near beach, supermarket and rest of family near by. The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. New kitchen, water view, stacked washer and dryer. What more can you ask for?

Perfect spot in Marathon

The place was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. It is a perfect location to go to Sombrero beach, go on snorkel trips and drive an hour for a day in Key West. Great restaurants are very convenient too. Our host, Ivette, was extremely nice and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Second time at this immaculate charming duplex on the water with ocean views. Modern kitchen/stainless stain appliances/pots n pans of every size. Host checked in on us mid week to make sure we were enjoying our vacation, emails answered almost immediately. Look no further, this place is an absolute gem!!

What a VRBO rental should be!

From the initial contact with the host through the arrival and stay at this property it was everything that a VRBO renter should expect consistently from a VRBO property. We could not have been more pleased with the accuracy of the pre-rental information provided nor could we have been any happier with the cleanliness and attention to detail of the property once we arrived. We would love to return to this gem in the Florida Keys.

Clean, clean, cute and clean!

This property is one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at in Marathon! Close enough to everything to walk or bike, too. The big seaweed bloom from the ocean did clog up the canal but there’s not much to be done about that, it’s everywhere. Beds were very comfy and the place had everything we needed. Owner was great to work with.

Had a great time with my family. Location of property convenient to beach and local grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood - enjoyed the backyard view of the canal and Gulf and the ability to relax there as well.

Beautiful, quiet, immaculate twin house, tastefully decorated, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, nice back patio area overlooking the canal & just a few houses overlooking the ocean. Another great week!

We love this little half house and it's location. You get great views of the ocean and a lovely breeze. There are several palm trees that provide shade if you want/need. You can fish right off the sea wall. The house is clean and set up nicely.

Perfect Location

This nicely furnished, perfectly located duplex more than met our expectations! It is close to the beach, the grocery store, many restaurants, and a great gym. Perfect location to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host was very attentive to our needs. We have already booked our trip for next year!!!

Perfect Experience

Home away from home in paradise!

This was a beautiful clean well stocked Centrally located home. The views were beautiful on a quiet street near beautiful Sombrero beach. Convenient to the grocery store and many restaurants. Can’t wait until next year to rent this awsome rental!

A sweet spot near Sombrero Beach

This half duplex has been completely renovated inside and is beautiful. The location is great with a view of the ocean and is right on a canal that doesn't have houses on the other side. Always a lovely breeze. It's convenient to Sombrero beach and also to the grocery. We will be back next year.
