Charming Half Duplex

  • Half Duplex con encanto que ofrece 2 dormitorios 2 baños. La casa está en una calle tranquila en un vecindario residencial en un canal que ofrece fácil acceso al océano abierto. Esta casa está ubicada en el corazón de Marathon. La playa de Sombrero está a solo una milla de distancia y ofrece un pabellón cubierto, cenadores con parrillas para barbacoa, baños, área de juegos para niños y canchas de voleibol de arena. Sombrero Beach es un gran lugar para pasar el día con su familia.
    Publix, Winn-Dixie y K-mart están convenientemente ubicados a una milla de la casa.

    Esta propiedad cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, el dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size con vestidor. El dormitorio de invitados es espacioso y tiene dos camas queen size. La casa tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Las dos habitaciones tienen colchones viscoelásticos y las dos habitaciones tienen TV por cable. Los baños están totalmente equipados con toallas.

    La cocina ha sido completamente actualizada, gabinetes blancos, encimeras de cuarzo y electrodomésticos nuevos. Mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas cómodas, sala de estar con un sofá seccional. La sala de estar es espaciosa y abierta al patio trasero donde se puede disfrutar de la brisa del mar y las vistas al océano. El patio trasero tiene mucho espacio para disfrutar de las vistas abiertas al mar, el amanecer y los atardeceres.

Spring Break in Marathon

Had a great time with my family. Location of property convenient to beach and local grocery stores. Quiet neighborhood - enjoyed the backyard view of the canal and Gulf and the ability to relax there as well.

This little gem is in a great location with fishing right off the sea wall. The house is clean and fully equipped. We stayed for 4 weeks and had everything we needed. Booked again for next year!!

We love staying at this place. It is clean and well equipped. In a great location to see and go where ever you want/need. We will be back!!

Perfect spot in Marathon

The place was spotless, well stocked and very comfortable. It is a perfect location to go to Sombrero beach, go on snorkel trips and drive an hour for a day in Key West. Great restaurants are very convenient too. Our host, Ivette, was extremely nice and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Excellent all-around stay

Great location for enjoying Marathon - near beach, supermarket and rest of family near by. The unit was exceptionally clean and comfortable. New kitchen, water view, stacked washer and dryer. What more can you ask for?

Beautiful place, perfect location

We had such a great time at this beautiful place, that one week was not enough. Very clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, conveniently located to the grocery store, Sombrero beach and 7 mile bridge. Impressively quick communication with the property manager Ivette. Srongly recommend!

Loved Marathon Key

We loved this condo. Very accessible to everything there is to do in area. Condo was the perfect spot. Nice quiet neighborhood. The checkin and out was fantastic. Ivette was great to work with. We ate all the local restaurants they were all good!! Loved sombrero beach for laying out and going to watch sunset. Key west is an 1 1/2 away for a day trip.

Perfect Location

This nicely furnished, perfectly located duplex more than met our expectations! It is close to the beach, the grocery store, many restaurants, and a great gym. Perfect location to watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The host was very attentive to our needs. We have already booked our trip for next year!!!

Another great week!

We love this little half house and it's location. You get great views of the ocean and a lovely breeze. There are several palm trees that provide shade if you want/need. You can fish right off the sea wall. The house is clean and set up nicely.

Clean, clean, cute and clean!

This property is one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at in Marathon! Close enough to everything to walk or bike, too. The big seaweed bloom from the ocean did clog up the canal but there’s not much to be done about that, it’s everywhere. Beds were very comfy and the place had everything we needed. Owner was great to work with.

What a VRBO rental should be!

From the initial contact with the host through the arrival and stay at this property it was everything that a VRBO renter should expect consistently from a VRBO property. We could not have been more pleased with the accuracy of the pre-rental information provided nor could we have been any happier with the cleanliness and attention to detail of the property once we arrived. We would love to return to this gem in the Florida Keys.

Great Rental

Beautiful, quiet, immaculate twin house, tastefully decorated, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, nice back patio area overlooking the canal & just a few houses overlooking the ocean. Everything you need is here, including washer/dryer; especially appreciate beach towels, beach chairs, coolers; we have already booked next year! Bill and Margaret from Philadelphia

Excellent!! 5 stars!

Second time at this immaculate charming duplex on the water with ocean views. Modern kitchen/stainless stain appliances/pots n pans of every size. Host checked in on us mid week to make sure we were enjoying our vacation, emails answered almost immediately. Look no further, this place is an absolute gem!!

Great Property

Great location near end of canal with view of the ocean. Sombrero Beach in walking distance. Ivette was super host. Highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Experience

We stayed the week of May 10th. The place was perfect for my husband and I. Very well set up and just as described in listing. Ivette was wonderful to deal with when I contacted her to give her some information. The setting of the property was beautiful. Would stay again if I return to Florida.

Excellent vacation rental

This was our second time staying at this home and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home and the view is beautiful! Ivette is very friendly and extremely responsive. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Home away from home in paradise!

This was a beautiful clean well stocked Centrally located home. The views were beautiful on a quiet street near beautiful Sombrero beach. Convenient to the grocery store and many restaurants. Can’t wait until next year to rent this awsome rental!

A sweet spot near Sombrero Beach

This half duplex has been completely renovated inside and is beautiful. The location is great with a view of the ocean and is right on a canal that doesn't have houses on the other side. Always a lovely breeze. It's convenient to Sombrero beach and also to the grocery. We will be back next year.
