  • MARATHON ANGLER'S RETREAT en Marathon es una nueva propiedad con todas las comodidades modernas y una cálida decoración costera. Situado justo en un canal (a solo 15-20 minutos de aguas abiertas) tiene su propio muelle privado (puede acomodar hasta un barco de 45 pies en un muelle de 30 pies), estación de limpieza de pescado, jacuzzi y dos kayaks individuales. ¡Son una playa de barrio justo al final de la calle y la tienda de comestibles está a solo un minuto de distancia! ¡Ubicado en el corazón de Marathon, MM50, excelentes restaurantes y actividades se encuentran a 5-10 minutos en automóvil!

    El dormitorio principal se encuentra en la planta superior y tiene una cama doble grande, un televisor de pantalla plana y un baño con ducha a ras de suelo y un inodoro. También arriba hay dos dormitorios para invitados que comparten un baño en el pasillo. ¡Uno es un rey con un televisor de pantalla plana y el otro tiene literas con un nido (doble / completo / doble), un televisor de pantalla plana y un XBOX 360 con juegos! La habitación de invitados en la planta baja tiene una cama King, TV de pantalla plana y su propio baño. Disfrutarás de una hermosa vista del canal desde el balcón del segundo piso y los colores de los amaneceres y atardeceres.

    Además de la bañera de hidromasaje y los kayaks, Marathon Angler's Retreat tiene un montón de toallas de playa, sillas de playa, juguetes de playa y juegos de mesa y sombrilla (además de una televisión en cada habitación y sala de estar, XBOX360 y juegos). ¡Disfruta parrillando (tanto parrillas de carbón como de gas) en el patio cubierto de la planta baja! También hay un montón de estacionamiento para el remolque de su bote y los autos (estacionamiento cubierto para dos y un área de estacionamiento en el costado de la Villa que puede acomodar carros adicionales y remolque para botes).

    The Villas admite mascotas (aprobación de raza, 2 perros) con un depósito (adicional al seguro de daños requerido comprado en el momento de la reserva.

Perfect Spot!

Marathon’s Angler Retreat was the perfect spot for our family. The location was so convenient to the grocery store and restaurants. Although, it is a little ride out to the ocean, the ride is beautiful. We loved the ease of docking the boat and the pool area is a secluded retreat! We look forward to our next stay! Meredith was so responsive and accommodating!

Charming private pool area

We had a great two week stay. We especially enjoyed the private pool area encircled by Palm trees and foliage.

The host was very attentive. I was able to text with any questions at anytime. The house was well equipped and met all of our needs.
Nice size heated pool(additional cost) and hot tub
The pool only had some sun, but the shallow part was perfect for our 18 month old grandchild.

Great place! We had 8-10 people staying for the week. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds, beautiful pool & hot tub, landscaping and close to everything! Plenty of parking if needed. Looking forward to another visit

Great getaway

The pool was perfect for my boys! It is huge, not the small soaking pools most local places have. The vegetation makes it feel private. We enjoyed the daily visits from the lizards and crabs and the kids had fun fishing from the dock.

Perfect Getaway

We’ve stayed at a number of vacation rentals and this really stood out above the rest. Wonderful pool, hot tub and dock and short drive to the beach. Excellent amenities in the housr between TVs, xbox and clean and well appointed. Can’t wait to return.

Awesome!

I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit the keys. Not only is it a great location, with a beautiful local beach but it’s an easy drive to all the other islands as well. Meredith was quick to respond and great to work with.The house had everything we needed and more! I’d stay here again no questions asked.

Great getaway home

We did enjoy the house, the pool and hot tub! The bedrooms on the street side are a little noisy with garbage pick up at 4:30 am and louder traffic. House location is perfect for the beach and groceries.

What a blast!

The property was just as promised, well appointed, perfect balcony, great location and the pool was incredible! We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more, unless we stayed for a month. Thanks so much, I’ll definitely recommend to family and friends!

Great place for fishing

Excellent place to stay if you bring your boat and want to get out to the Ocean quickly. Pineapple was very accommodating to my needs once I checked in. Thank you guys!

A beautiful home and a serene setting.

We had a great week here and would definitely return. The home is LOVELY, clean, well-stocked, and has a very private/spacious outdoor area/pool. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for our family of 7 (5 older kids age 16-24) to spread out. We loved the porch for coffee and the pool/dock for all-day fun. There are a lot of great places to eat nearby. We would highly recommend this rental property,

Book the Trip!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation here. We could not have asked for a better house with a plethora of amenities. My kids spent the whole vacation swimming or fishing, it was great! We even saw a manatee, nurse shark and caught a blue crab! We will definitely be back!
