Comfortable, very good location for docking for easy access to Captian Hooks Marina and getting out to fish from Vaca Cut. Great to have a large dock, fish cleaning station and shaded porch area to relax when back on shore.

Sunshine is great! She's next door and goes above and beyond to make our stay the best. If you want to stay in Little Venice, Seahorse 1 or 2 is the best value by far.

Absolutely amazing property. Excellent loacation for everything the keys has to offer. Clean tidy and plenty of room. The dock was perfect for fishing, morning noon and night the fishing was fantastic. The owners communication was brilliant i knew everything i needed to know without asking. The local assistants is extremely useful aswell. I can not recommend this property enough. 5 stars all day long.

Outstanding villa on a salt water canal— charming cottage decor, great view, private patio to BBQ on

Outstanding experience, GREAT location in Marathon , close to Sombrero Beach ( a 5 star , quiet wonder ), and Dolphin Experience, Research Center. Great grocery store and great restaurants nearby.

We had a great time, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan to stay again. Communication with Lian was excellent, she was very responsive with questions and her home had everything we needed for our week’s stay.We caught lots of fish and enjoyed beautiful nights out on the deck.Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home.

Amazing stay

We booked this one because of the location near Vaca Cut and the dockage out back…….and we’re NOT disappointed. We made full use of the dock, grill & patio areas for a really relaxing vacation. I will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit.

Stayed a week and had a great time. Homeowner was great to work with and house was nicely furnished. Would definitely come back.

Great location

Perfect spot for couples with a boat. We rented an 18 foot boat for the week and had a blast fishing and exploring the reefs. The canal is a nice place to relax after a day on the water.

Fishing Fishing Fishing!!!This house is perfect for the fishermen. Pretty much different species in the canal. how cool! I thought I caught nearly 200 fish in 7 days. We even saw nurse shark, tarpon and Manatee,The house is very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. Great location, walking distance to the bait shop. It is close to dining and shopping. We are sure will go back next year This house is highly recommended.

Everything was as described. Right on the water with plenty of dock fishing and easy access to the water. Walking distance to Marathon Lady, Two Conchs and bait stores. Very friend local neighbors and comfortable stay next to the Cut.

We loved the place - spent a lot of time on the channel. The place was clean and comfortable we thought we were getting a king size bed but that was not the case - other then that everything was perfect!

Perfect place for water and fishing enthusiasts

Excellent what she says in the ad. Cute house, helpful neighbors, right in the water. Will definitely be back, our new favorite place in marathon to stay.

Great location right on a canal. Fishing was really good. The cottage had everything we could need. Overall, the place was pretty clean except for the pots and pans. They had a layer of old grease or oil which we had to clean before using.

Amazing Cottage

We had such an amazing time! This was the perfect place for our vacation. The cottage was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was great being able to fish just outside your door! This place is convenient to everything. We definitely will be back!

Spectacular location! This little house has everything. The deck is a great bonus. The owner and the property manager always replied quickly.

If I could give this property more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home.The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had every appliance, utensil, and cookware item imaginable, plus a full-size refrigerator, outdoor grill, outdoor freezer, and full-size washer and dryer—everything needed for a relaxing family vacation.What really impressed us were the thoughtful extras. The owners had anticipated every need with makeup towels, fish towels, extra cleaning and bathroom supplies, plenty of pillows, and so many little touches that made our stay even more comfortable.Our favorite place, however, was the dock and deck. We spent countless hours fishing, docking the boat we rented, enjoying our morning coffee, and watching the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The hosts were outstanding. Their communication was exceptional, responding to every question within minutes, no matter the time of day.This was one of the best VRBO stays our family has ever had. We made wonderful memories and can't wait to return. It is worth every penny!
