It is either a new build or has been completely redone inside and out very recently. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs, including a late change in our plans. "

Comfortable, and good amenities.The only reason it's not a 5 star review is location . . . the neighborhood is rather run down with what looks like a public housing project on the street. These 3 new builds look like urban renewal projects, which is good, but the surroundings are not nice.
