"This is by far the nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed at. Every little thing was considered. The coffee and creamer in the kitchen was such a nice touch. We didn't have to go out to just buy coffee. It is in a great location with beautiful views of downtown. Every inch of the house is cozy and inviting. The host was very helpful and had many recommendations for already attractions. We highly recommend staying here, and if we're ever in the area again, we will choose to stay here. "

"This home is beautiful and stocked with everything including very thoughtful and helpful items that most places do not have. It was meticulously clean! The bedding was so comfortable and luxurious. "This is a great location! Easy to get to downtown Galena in a few minutes. Country place without being too secluded. Very quiet neighbors. Residents were very cheerful and welcoming. Nice to have beautiful views and only a short drive to downtown Galena or Dubuque where there is more to do if you have kids staying or for a movie or dinner. Club where the pool is located is a very nice place. I would stay and this location again!"

"This property was hands-down on the nicest places we have stayed. The hot tub was super clean and very nice, we also used the outdoor fire pit, which was wonderful. The location is perfect to walk downtown easily, and the view of the river is very nice. This is a beautiful, very large property that is so tastefully decorated. The beds were also super comfortable!"

"Fantastic! This is the cleanest villa I have stayed in over the years at Eagle Ridge. It is also very well thought out and cozy. Communicating with our host was great; he responded very quickly. Check in was easy. There is plenty of seating in the living room, and lots of extra blankets in the closet. There are so many games to play, and puzzles too. "Clean. Spacious and exactly what is listed in the description online. The area is perfectly located within walking distance of everything in t and very family friendly. My overall experience with the just Dan was extremely positive and friendly. I had a mix up with my booking dates and he wasn’t able to accommodate my other date and he went out of his way to help find something else in town. Overall really great experience and we were pleasantly happy with the accommodation."

"Nice stay in Galena - beautiful landscape and even saw a deer one morning in our backyard! Communication was great, the space was clean, plush towels, and our host provided a number of additional amenities to help enhance our stay (e.g., spices, water bottles, ice cube trays were filled, coffee, creamers, microwave popcorn). Our only recommendations for improvement would be to replace the downstairs mattress as there is a big sag that spans a large portion of the bed so not very comfortable....

"We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and a great location. The owner, Doug, had great communication, and the check-in was a breeze. It's a quick drive to Galena, but the area is also very beautiful. We took advantage of the spa 2 minutes from the house & had massage in the lovely spa. Would definitely go back in the future."
