Welcome to Stones Throw Beach House in peaceful Ruby Bay. This coastal retreat, aptly named for its proximity to the beach, is a haven for up to 6 guests. Enjoy the fresh sea breeze, invigorating beach walks, and a thriving local culture just outside your door.

Stones Throw Beach House boasts three inviting bedrooms. Each provides serenity after a day of local exploration. We have specifically designed our house to cater to all types of gatherings – from family vacations to catch-up trips with friends.

The well-equipped kitchen has all your basic needs covered.
The living room features comfortable seating positioned towards a TV with SKY, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The house is equipped with Broadband Wifi so you can stay connected throughout your visit.

Our spacious outdoor area has room for everyone. Seize the day with an alfresco breakfast cooked on the BBQ and end the perfect day by relaxing on our comfortable outdoor furniture under the stars.

For visitors with furry family members, we are proud to be pet friendly. Inviting them along ensures they share in the holiday experiences. The property is not fully fenced but the deck is gated.

Great base for travel to many Tasman areas

Nice quiet property, handy to so many places - Mapua, Kina, Motueka, Nelson, Golden Bay, Kaiteriteri. House was well equipped but could use a fan as the upstairs can get very warm. Thankfully we took one with us just in case and it was well used. Only 2 minute walk to the beach, but it's stony and not great for swimming... although some local hardy souls took a quick dip most days. Great that we could take our dog with us but sadly so many of the great beaches, like Rabbit Island, do not allow dogs on the beach.

Superb location near the beach

Light, sunny and airy bach. Well equipped for a family and quiet neighbourhood. Stones throw is a great name as literally a few steps and you are on the beach, which is fun for the kids and a good beach for a swim too. Will stay again!

Super Lage!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen, gut ausgestatteten Appartement. Die Lage zum nicht einmal 100 Meter entfernten Strand ist einfach nur genial! Danke Sian für die unkomplizierte, sehr nette Kommunikation!

We loved our stay..A great location to relax after exploring the Tasman district. Less than 2 minutes and your on the beach, a 20 minute walk and you are at the Mapua Wharf. Thank you for allowing us to stay with our dog.. Can’t wait to come back.

Peaceful paridise.

Very good value for money. Peaceful and gteat views to the sea. Bonus allowing our two wee dogs to join us. Bed was comfy and had everything we needed.

Awesome location, all the facilities you need, good size coffee cups. Although abit cold in the early hours of the morning, overall a great stay.
