"A perfect location for enjoying Times Square and the theater district, and a one- or two-block walk to three major subway lines to get anywhere else in the city. Our studio apartment was sufficiently roomy by NYC standards, clean and with a comfortable bed (although I would have preferred softer, less lumpy pillows). Daily towel and bed-making service was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen had a stove, microwave and half-size fridge. If I can get a reservation, this will definitely be my go-to...

"There were shops nearby with a wide variety of items. For an older hotel it was very clean and well kept. The staff provided clear direction and areas to go for interest and shopping. They were able to answer all of our request. My family loved that there was a lot of space in our room for movement and a lot of finishing touches like small plants and great views from all windows. I would definitely stay here again."

"This property is a renovated Lower East Side tenement building from the late 19th/early 20th century. It contains 20 or so units. The vibe is of a small hotel, though the front desk is virtual, so you really feel as if you're staying at your own pied-a-terre in the city. The room was well appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of plush towels. We enjoyed having the microwave and mini-fridge so we didn't have to go out for breakfast. The floors are laminate (faux wood) so...

"The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance.
