Great house and beautiful space

The house was really perfect for teens. We played on the game room and on the dock for house. Everything was amazing. The only thing to consider is this is right on the road and car traffic is pretty loud. I slept fine at night but woke up early every morning when the traffic started. I would still have stayed here...I just think it's worth mentioning for really light sleepers. They provide a sound machine. Otherwise this is an amazing property and a ton of fun.

Amazing location!

This is an amazing location! Peaceful, comfortable, and close enough to all the coast has to offer. Beds were very comfortable, great amenities, and kayaks were a bonus. If you’re used to Oregon weather, the lack of air conditioning isn’t really an issue (just close the blinds during the day to keep out the sun, and open the windows in the evening to cool it down). The house water is not pleasant- knew this going in and brought drinking water. It really should not stop you from staying here. We will be back!

An American Bald Eagle was our neighbor!

What a beautiful spot! Right on the water. We observed ducks, otters and a number of birds as well as numerous visits from an American Bald Eagle. As mentioned in listing there is some highway noise but we were fine. The view is great. The PM was good with communication and helpful as needed. The location was nice as we travelled from Eugene and then along the coast of Oregon. The house was very well kept. No (few) overhead lights but there are lamps. Great place! Thanks! We would stay here again.

Our big hang up with the property is how the water smells and the lighting in the kitchen needs to be brighter. Other than that we did enjoy our time.

Great for recreation

Good layout for our family but one teen preferred to crash in living room for more space. Loved the basement ping pong & air hockey tables & availability of kayaks to use. Great halfway spot bw Eugene & Florence. Beds were ok. We definitely needed the tower fans provided on first night w 95 degree temps. Overall, a good property but noise from highway is loud and iron levels in shower water & laundry were unexpected drawbacks.

Nice Girls Getaway

Overall, I’m happy with our weekend stay! The property was very clean, expect we did have a problem with some dead flies in one corner of the dining room. Not sure where they came from, but we didn’t experience any issues with live ones buzzing around. The property is well stocked with kitchen essentials, comfy furniture, games, and extras like fans/blankets/etc. While the location is beautiful, it is on a main Hwy so of course there was some road noise, but I sleep with white noise and it never bothered me. The back of the house feels more secluded and we absolutely loved the hammock chairs looking out over the river. I could definitely see myself coming back sometime!
