"We really enjoyed our stay here last week! The rental company was very helpful and had great instructions and an easy 24/7 number to text with any questions or needs. The condo itself was great - you can tell it's new and it was incredibly clean and comfy. You can't beat the location - we loved sitting outside and watching the bridge while enjoying a card game and beverage. We will definitely be back!"

"They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!"

"The only thing I didn’t like was the keypad lock on the door to the basement and that it didn’t have a separate deadbolt for the guest to feel secure. The front and back doors also would be better with a separate deadbolt locks for guest security. If the owner were to forget to change the code between guests or someone gets the code, we would’ve felt more secure being able to lock doors from the inside at night with a separate lock.
