"Good access off freeway. Nice lobby and adequate parking. Check in went smooth. Room is larger than normal, small bar area with sink and fridge is nice. Large bathroom with separate toilet with door. But a couple issues prevent higher rating. First, there was an odor. Didn't figure out where is was coming from but discovered it was from the shower drain after taking shower. It's from build up of hair, etc over time. Needs cleaning. At least in room 311. "Worst customer service experience of my life. They claim to support active duty military and veterans. I'm a veteran and they treated me like absolute garbage. The "assistant" manager and the GM are the rudest and most condescending people that I have ever met.
